  I had an electric awning with a drop curtain installed 2 years ago. A few days ago the drop curtain was not working. I emailed Nate at NW Natural lighting to explain. He reminded me that it needed to be recharged. Since I had not done that before I asked if someone could drop by and show me. He arranged for a technician (Jack) to come out the next day. Jack showed me the steps and all is good now. Jack asked if there was anything else he could help me with before he left. So polite and thorough. Thanks to Nate and Jack for getting me squared away. I would definitely recommend NW Natural Lighting. Their help in design decisions, installation and followup was superb.

  The exterior solar shade is amazing and was tested this week with the 84* weather. We look forward to the protection we will receive from UV rays on our furniture and flooring and the lowered temperature of the room with the solar shade. From both inside our home and outside it looks awesome.

  Jonathan and Angel, the installation team were superb. Simply superb. We have a replacement skylight on a steep roof, some trim installed on another skylight and other skylight work. They were fun and not rushed. We enjoyed them being at our home. Of course. the replacement skylight is excellent and the other work, which required special skills, was great. NW Natural Lighting has been first rate in their estimate work (Jack was very personable) and the support with phone calls and communication was beyond expectation. I don't like writing reviews, but this one seemed like something was important to do.
