Where do I even start? Our house flooded while we were out of town for the Super Bowl in 2025. We came home to about 4 inches of standing water from a faulty toilet line that had been spraying all over the bathroom for who knows how long. Then came almost a year of fighting with insurance. It was a complete nightmare. Estimates got denied left and right and eventually insurance told us to "just get another contractor" and sent over a list of their recommendations. That list was full of 1 star reviews for bad work and flaky scheduling. Then I found Vic with Johnson and Sons and from our very first phone call I knew he was our guy. He understood how hard dealing with insurance can be and after our first walkthrough he got right to work. He was always on time and kept us in the loop through the whole process. The biggest thing for me is how trustworthy he is. When you're living in a hotel and someone else has the keys to your house, you need to know you're in good hands. With Vic we never once had to worry. He did what he said he was going to do, he was upfront about everything and he kept it real with us even when it wasn't what we wanted to hear. That goes for his whole crew too. We got along with everyone he brought into our home. The flooring guy was super nice and easy to work with and you could tell Vic only works with people who care about doing it right. When it came time to pick flooring, counters, cabinets and backsplash, we ended up going with everything he suggested because he just has a great eye. No corners were cut and the attention to detail is incredible. We moved back in this February when my fiancée was 6 months pregnant and we were blown away by how everything turned out. Coming home to a finished house that felt better than before was the best feeling. Vic, we are so grateful we found you. At this point we don't just see you as our contractor, you're family. You even got us a gift for our baby shower, which meant so much to us. It feels amazing to have a GC we can trust and a friend we know we'll keep for life. We'll be recommending you to everyone we know and we look forward to working with you again. Thank you!

The team from Johnson and Sons were great to work with. We used them for most of the carpentry work on our recent kitchen/main floor remodel. The work itself was good, as good as I had hoped for, but what was even better was their responsiveness and help working around the calendars of other trades, and a holiday weekend. We'll use them again on our bathroom remodels and I reccomend them highly!

Johnson and Sons have done many major construction projects on our house. The latest was building a back porch with a landing. From working with us about the design to the finished project each step was of the highest professional level. Vic and Matt are amazing and their crew were skilled, hard working professionals. Johnson and Sons will always be our choice for expert construction projects.

Vic and his team did a great job remodeling our bathroom. I appreciated the consistent communication and problem solving throughout the process. It was our first big project so it was really helpful to have Vic walk us through the process and help figure out some hiccups along the way. The team did quality work and I would definitely hire them for other projects in the future.

We have used Johnson & Sons three times, including two full bathroom remodels, and have always been pleased. We definitely recommend them.
