Local, family owned and operated. The American Standard Restoration team communicates well, explaining the process so everyone is on the same page. They follow up and work with insurance companies to help property owners get the water and fire damage work completed with care. Clean work and well trained crews.

American Water Damage Restoration responded quickly when we discovered water damage in our home. Marin and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and careful throughout the water-removal and drying process. They clearly explained the work, documented the affected areas, and kept us informed from start to finish. The crew treated our home with respect and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend American Water Damage Restoration to anyone needing emergency water-damage cleanup or restoration in Lynnwood , Wa. Thank you guys.

We had moved into our new home not even three years ago, so we were NOT happy when we had water damage in our main bathroom. AWDR came up on top of the list when we did our research, and we have been nothing but thankful since hiring them. In an industry where you feel like you’re only doing with big insurance companies and large water remediation outfits, it was a relief to work with AWDR who were experienced yet also local. Marin and Chip are attentive, solicitous and their main priority is not only your repairs but that you as a homeowner are made whole. I cannot recommend them more highly.

American Water Damage Restoration truly stands out for their professionalism, care, and dedication. Marin is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely committed to helping homeowners when disaster strikes. Rather than doing the bare minimum, Marin goes above and beyond to make sure every homeowner feels supported, informed, and satisfied throughout the mitigation process. It is clear that AWDR takes pride in the quality of their work and in delivering peace of mind during stressful situations. I highly recommend American Water Damage Restoration and Marin to anyone who needs a reliable, responsive, and trustworthy mitigation team.
