  I cannot say enough good things about MVPF. Our well went down and after some initial trouble shooting on our own, we realized it was above our pay grade. I called MVPF in the morning and they were able to be there in the afternoon. After some testing, it was what we feared--our pump was shot. I braced for impact on the cost, which ended up being nowhere near as bad as I was concerned about. They were back out first thing in the morning with a brand new pump and just a short time later we were back online and for several hundred dollars less than the original quote. They were friendly, helpful, professional and treated us like family. They will be the first name that comes out of my mouth anytime someone needs a well company. Thank you so much!

  Would 100% recommend and would be my first call if I needed someone to rescue my grandma. Professional, honest, hard working, friendly, knowledgeable. I honestly cant say enough good things. They've earned a lifelong customer and they deserve your business too

  I have used Mountain View Pumps & Filtration Inc. for years and they charged me a nominal $65 fee to come out and have a look I asked the woman on the phone to send someone out she than said that the cost would be an additional $500 to do any work. What I need to have done will take less than 45 minutes to complete and I have all the material. It is a water softener that would require a swap out of the exact same system and replace the 2 clips that hook it back in to the system. They used to be very reasonable. I already have everything that is required to swap it out. The guys do great work but they have a receptionest that spouts out ridiculas prices before anyone looks at the work. Too bad they have the wrong person answering the phone as they will lose their long time customers over it "at least this one" I requested a simple service call they are less than 4 miles away.

  The equipment is the only thing I was happy with. The install looks like I asked a day one plumber to do for cheap. I’m pretty sure they found a 2 x 4 from behind my shop to stick the filter crooked on the wall. I had a second opinion to come out and told me that two of the connections aren’t pressed all the way on the filter should be in front of the softener not after and since they didn’t add any ball valves, the only way to change out my filter is a completely drained my entire house of water. They didn’t leave me any manuals or filter wrench I had to call and ask for them specifically. I got no instructions on maintenance procedures or how to use, I I basically paid $8000 and I’m gonna have to pay someone thousands more just to come back and fix this. This is a real disappointment, considering the reviews that were on this company.
