  They were so amazing! We had 14 people at our house and septic was full. Helped me on the phone walk thru clearing our system. Then the next morning Tyler came right on time and pumped our septic. He was so great! 5 star company!

  If the Portable Potty’s located at Rusty’s Drivein, corner of Cotlets Way/East Cashmere Rd, are representative of how AV conducts business, then I advise avoiding this company. Consider this….the units are located at a Prominent Retail location. Their Logos prominently displayed on the units. And they are Damaged, Dirty, and Odiferous. Really? What kind of business allows this sort of condition out in the market place to represent themselves to the world? Boneheads or Inconsiderate. That location should have Noon cleanup and 5 pm cleanup. Should be Pristine units. Represent the Brand well. This isn’t a 1 off experience. This is my 3 rd trip thru town to stop at the drivein. This time I’m commenting. Prior times I was just grossed out and offended.

  Apple Valley Pumping is a great septic company. The owner was very responsive and informative. We had our septic back up on the weekend and they were able to get out to me early monday morning and get it pumped. Their tech Cody messaged to give us a ETA and was on site right when he said he would be. He was very respectful and knowledgeable and was happy to answer the questions I had. He gave some advice to help the system function better going forward. He was in and out in no time at all. I will definitely be using them in the future and will be recommending them to others. Great company and great techs.
