- SSS.Jun 19, 20261.0I’m writing to share my experience. A technician came out to investigate why the outlets in an entire room were not working. He spent about three hours inspecting and troubleshooting around the house, but he still couldn’t identify or fix the issue. After that, he called to ask whether I wanted him to continue, saying it would require another four hours to get it resolved. I told him to hold off. Eventually, I hired another electrician. That electrician was able to find the problem quickly and fix it immediately. Based on that, it felt like the first technician’s troubleshooting approach didn’t get to the root cause, and I ended up paying for about three hours of work that didn’t resolve anything. I previously thought this company was reliable and trustworthy, but this experience left me disappointed. I’m sharing this so others know what to expect.
