  I’m writing to share my experience. A technician came out to investigate why the outlets in an entire room were not working. He spent about three hours inspecting and troubleshooting around the house, but he still couldn’t identify or fix the issue. After that, he called to ask whether I wanted him to continue, saying it would require another four hours to get it resolved. I told him to hold off. Eventually, I hired another electrician. That electrician was able to find the problem quickly and fix it immediately. Based on that, it felt like the first technician’s troubleshooting approach didn’t get to the root cause, and I ended up paying for about three hours of work that didn’t resolve anything. I previously thought this company was reliable and trustworthy, but this experience left me disappointed. I’m sharing this so others know what to expect.

  Many thanks to Joe and the crew. I have used this company on a few occasions now, big and small jobs, and they always deliver. It is easy to get on the schedule, and when the electricians show up they are on time, always pleasant, efficient, prepared for the job and I've never had a problem with any of their work. Other companies-- not so much.

  They do great work, but their customer service was absolutely terrible. The did a panel replacement for my home, did great job so I ignored the broken promises about an estimate at the time, took me 3 times contacting to get an estimate for the job. Once on the schedule, everything was good. Since they did a good job I contacted them again for new work on my new home. Person who answers the phone is great, not a problem there. Estimator told me several times that he would get the estimate to me. The last conversation he told me he "fast track it" and get it to me, a month later and still no estimate. Unfortunately I will not contact them again for future work, just too unreliable...

  I was quoted $625 to replace the wire between my hot water heater and breaker box, but Sam assured me that the final bill could be below that amount if the job was easier than they originally thought. The electrician, Tim, who came to do the job was here for less than 30 minutes. When I got the bill in the mail, the job was billed the same amount as the bid. When I called, Sam said that Tim had recorded 2.5 hours at my house, despite me also only living 6 minutes away from the company. Sam refused to lower the price of the bill, and I feel pretty scammed. $625 for 20 minutes of work and some materials is insane. EDIT: The company's reply to me is a lie. Michael came thinking that the job was to replace the wire from the top of the hot water heater to the floor. He left without doing any work when I explained that was not what the work was supposed to be. When Tim came to do the actual job, it took him 20 minutes. I am sure of the time because I work from home and had a meeting coming up that I was watching the clock for. It wasn't an underground wire either, it went through my crawlspace. Regardless of whether you want to call it an estimate or a written bid, Sam told me that the bill rate could be different from the bid, so your estimator was misleading and your electrician lied on his timecard and you're holding the customer responsible for that. Very bad business practices all around.
