  I am very pleased with my new roof. The people at TopWeather were very professional and explained everything very well. I had gotten 4 estimates and TopWeather was not only the lowest, but I think also the best company. They have a lot of great Google reviews. They included 3 new plywood sheets in their price and did extra sheets at only $60/sheet, whereas the other companies did not include any sheets in their price and would charge $100/sheet. I needed a total of 13 sheets, so I saved even more money going with TopWeather.

  I worked.with Dominic and Hector. Both great guys and fantastic roofing work. They worked with me on the cost of the roof and were patient while I got my finances in line for the fence. About 9 guys showed up to do the roof and they got it done in one day. The roof looks great. I dont know how they did it but they got all of the roofing material, nails, etc picked up. Time will tell how it will do but I dont have any doubt they'll address it if any issues pop up. I recommend them to anyone who wants roof work done.

  They were quick to respond from the beginning. They tore off the old roof consisting of two layers, put new sheathing down, and a whole new roof in less than 8 hours. The only problem encountered was some missed nails. I know they tried to get them all as I watched them working, so they may have had a magnet that is getting a bit weak. It just meant I had to spend a little time diligently going around the house to make sure I got the ones missed. When I told them about it, they promptly offered make it right. Overall a great experience, and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

  Hector was referred to me by a friend that had his roof done by Top Weather Roofing. I can not say enough great things about my experience with Hector and his crew. His quote was better than all the others that I had received and the work he did was amazing. I have a roughly 2000 sqft house and they did the tear off, replaced several boards and put the entire new roof on all in the same day. And their attention to detail was excellent. They left the job site better than when they arrived. I have used them on a couple roofs now and can say that I have never had better work done. I would highly recommend calling Hector for any roofing needs. Rob
