  Our realtor recommended CSM to us for our HVAC replacement in a home we just purchased and we are very pleased we worked with them. From beginning to end the service was first class. Prompt response to quote requests, thorough answers to questions, knowledgeable staff and techs. They informed us about the process and got us rebates from county programs. The install was a big job and the install crew did great. Protective coverings were used inside the house to keep our new carpets clean. We were trained on the new thermostat usage and CSM handled submitting all the warranty info for us. I would definitely recommend CSM!

  The entire team was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional from the day we called with our initial ask through the consultation and the install day. We had our furnace replaced and an AC added to our current system that was set for heat only. It was a full day job and we were very happy with the experience. The new system has been working great and we thankfully got it installed right in time for the warmer days to start up for the year.

  I called 6 companies for quotes and CSM was the only company to return my call and the rep for the quote was great to work with and I got the quote in hand before he left. The techs did a great job and the inspectors didn't have a single problem with their work and I will call them from now on for anything I need done 👍

  This is Mr Henson, my wife and I called chehalis sheet metal, talked to David,and Tiffany about replacement for our furnise, the gave us a fantastic price, they were on time did fantastic work, if I had any questions they answered them, very good job, they were very polite, they were very quick about any knowledgement And problems that I had, thanks again
