  CSM showed up quick and gave me a reasonable quote for a new HVAC and heat pump installation they showed me multiple options. Worked with me through the whole process. Made it super simple, the unit was installed in a day. Works great they even warranty their work. Now my house stays ice cold just how we like it summer.

  Your crew was prompt in showing up and getting to task. They took their time in setting up and not disturbing any of our plants flowers etc. When the Mini Split was all installed they took their time to go over the controls and the warranty. Very professional in their manner and the execution of the work.

  CSM did an amazing job for us! We had a previous HVAC system installed incorrectly by another company and they helped us fix it and add in a new heat pump. Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable about what would be best for our home given our concerns. Highly recommend!

  It was okay but I wouldn’t go out of my way to recommend. Service for things leading up to the purchase of a new roof was fantastic. Once I signed, customer service was mediocre. There was also a communication gap between actual verbal conversations and contract so double check your contract or you will pay for something you verbally said no to. I also don’t appreciate being told “we aren’t McDonalds” when asking a fair question. A simple “the billing department handles that” would suffice. While I think the actual roof is fine, I will certainly go somewhere else next roof/house and will find other services for heating/cooling/etc.
