  Outstanding company! Great to find a company that does what they say. Excellent service at a fair price. Most definitely recommend. Every homeowner needs a company like this. Showed up on time and quickly analyzed the issue. Looked at my owners manual and showed me the part needed. Upon receiving the part quickly came out to install and repair. Works even better than before. They really know what they are doing. Highly recommend!

  My garage door opener quit working, so I contacted Johnson and Johnson. A representative came out and gave me an estimate of $350-$400. He said he had to get parts and would come back the following week, so I agreed. A couple of weeks later, Damon Johnson came out. He did a good job in a couple of hours, but then charged me $600! I told him several times that the estimate was $350-$400, but he wouldn't honor it. He offered to reduce the price by $75 if he took back the parts he had just installed, and said I could then hire another company to fix it. If I had a service business, I would never treat my customers this way.

  I had them out this morning to repair a door for me . They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He explained why things were not working correctly and what he was doing to correct the issues. His honesty probably saved me some money too. It’s nice to be able to have a small local business to support the community. I put his number in my contacts list and will use them whenever I need a garage door technician again.

  I am so pleased to work with a business that honors an appointment made and cost quote given. Both employees were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Along with basic servicing, they took care of repair needs and gave advice, all of which I consider very valuable. I will definitely call them again!

  Called the other day to have an overhead door to my shop adjusted and was told they'd try to get out the next day or over the next couple of days which was fine with me. I was contacted by an employee the next couple of mornings so I knew they hadn't forgot and were still trying to fit me in. They came out and fixed the issue I wanted fixed and made a slight adjustment to the opener because the door wasn't opening quite enough and was closing a little hard. Employee, sorry I don't remember his name, was a good guy and did good work. So, good communication, reasonable rate, good work, friendly employee. I'll use them again if I need future overhead door service. Jason Onalaska
