Founded by Steve Gregg in Portland, Oregon, Gregg Roofing is a trusted roofing contractor with a long-standing tradition of quality roofing services. In 1953, operations moved to Camas, Washington to accommodate growth, and the company remains based there today. In 1983, Steve Gregg’s son-in-law, Allen Tiffany, took over management, allowing Mr. Gregg to retire.
Gregg Roofing operates a diverse fleet of trucks, hoists, and pumps to handle a variety of roofing applications. We proudly serve an approximately 50-mile radius around the Vancouver/Portland area, including the scenic Columbia River Gorge.
Fully licensed and insured in both Oregon and Washington, we offer roofing services to residential and commercial customers across Clark and Skamania Counties in Washington, as well as Clackamas, Hood River, and Multnomah Counties in Oregon.
Our skilled crews are trained in multiple roofing systems, including shingle roofing (composition shingles), single-ply rubber membranes, standing seam metal roofing, and specialty systems such as Decra and Carlisle Eco-Star.

- DADan AndersonJun 15, 20263.0I had2 skylights replaced, chimney tung pointing, dish removal, roof cleaning. All work except roof cleaning were well done. I texted Kevin, with pictures, of a little moss still on roof. I asked for a call back. Nothing. I called his office and asked for a return call. Nothing. I returned the invoice, with full payment and wrote on the invoice, please call me. Nothing. Two + weeks later, still nothing. The check was cashed in a timely manner. I have used Gregg Roofing in the past with no complaints. They now have a disappointed customer. I thought they stood behind their work. Apparently not.
- PQPaul QuackenbushJun 4, 20265.0I got 6 estimates from different companies in the Vancouver area for our roof replacement. I've always wanted a metal roof, and of the 6 companies from whom I received estimates, Gregg was the most competitive. I got the impression from the other companies that they didn't really want to install a metal roof (it seemed that that they were not experienced enough to do metal). Gregg provided an extremely detailed & comprehensive estimate that addressed ALL of my concerns in detail. We needed a complete tear off of 2 layers of existing roofing, plus some minor repairs to certain areas of our siding, in addition to replacing our (2) skylights. Once the job was scheduled, the crew came on time and worked efficiently until it was completed. Since it was metal, it took 2 weeks to complete the job (there's a LOT more work involved in installing a metal roof as opposed to asphalt shingles). Though they did some additional (structural) work that was needed (in addition to the original estimate) their final price for the work was almost exactly what they initially quoted. I absolutely LOVE how the metal roof looks, and no one in my neighborhood has anything like it. It's great to know that the metal will last MUCH longer than a shingle roof, so I consider it to have been an excellent investment!
