We have several companies that we work with regularly in which we produce tops via email design that are then shipped around the country for installation. In these situations, extremely tight tolerances are required. These relationships have proved to be mutually beneficial.     If zero was an option, I would choose it. This company charges an exorbitant markup. When confronted with us, the wrong slab was immediately hostile on the phone and refused to admit its fault. I’m a subcontractor who mainly agreed to pay the balance and for a new slab to be fabricated of the correct style to save my clients the hassle when their guy was out measuring the slab. There was a sample sitting on the counter of the slab that was supposed to be cut, but there was no email, text message, or confirmation of which slab was to be cut. The wrong one was delivered and almost installed when I called on the phone. I was met with immediate hostility. I highly recommend staying away from this company.

    Tania was great and easy to work with. From understanding the project to helping us with granite choices to getting the right slab. She had great advice. We added cabinets to the kitchen nearby but couldn’t get the same granite from 2014. We showed her pictures and she guided us to an excellent complimentary style. Helen we used the remainder of the slab for window seats in two bedrooms. The measuring guy got everything perfect. We selected how the templates would be placed so we could highlight the features we wanted. The install team was fantastic! Nothing was bumped or scratched even going down a narrow hallway with tight turns. We had a circle cut for a pop up outlet but it was a hair too small (to be fair the electrician placed and drew the circle). The crew came back THAT DAY to grind it out and the outlet fit great. During the process we made some changes and AMG was responsive and accommodating every time.

    American Marble and Granite (AMG) planned and installed a kitchen and bathroom project for us in 2010. Their work was exceptional. Since then, we’ve used AMG for multiple projects, and their attention to detail during the planning and installation is truly remarkable. We’ve had the pleasure of working with AMG on three kitchen projects and three bathroom projects. The professionals at AMG are consistently professional and knowledgeable. We trusted this company, and they delivered on all their promises.

    Great service and quality results. The team was punctual, professional, and was able to squeeze my slabs through a tight entrance for installation. My countertop turned out exactly how I hoped with seamless waterfall edges. Good communication and help with getting the most out of my two slabs.
