- PLPaul LSep 28, 20265.0Garage Tech replaced the lift motors on two old garage doors for us. They they also refurbished the guides springs and pulleys, and replaced the keypad switches and remotes. They were fast easy to work with and affordable. James the technician was very good at explaining options and what he was doing, and how to use the new system. Abby in the office communicated very clearly about prices and scheduling. As good as it gets.
- DSDonna SinnockSep 27, 20265.0James from Garage Tech came out to service the electric garage door opener at our new condo and ended up doing far more than a simple service call. He found that some of the cables and pulleys were showing significant wear and that the door itself was out of alignment. He worked on it until everything was operating properly and, more importantly, until he was satisfied with how it was performing. James communicated with me throughout the entire process, explained what he found and what needed to be done, and quoted the cost up front so there were no surprises. He also programmed two additional remotes for me and reset the code for the existing opener. Before he left, he explained what we should consider doing next, noted it on my invoice, and even included the cost so I know exactly what to expect when the time comes. James was thorough, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. I would absolutely use Garage Tech again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
- JSJoe SinghSep 24, 20265.0Had garage door openers installed and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The process was easy from the initial communication through installation. The technician was friendly, professional, and took the time to program all the remotes and answer all of our questions. Would highly recommend!
- YKY N. K.Sep 21, 20265.0We used Garage Tech since we heard so many good things about them in our community. And they didn't disappoint us. Very helpful, sincere, no talking into, just did whatever was needed, and we paid much less than we thought. So glad we used them!
- RWRobert WallnerSep 16, 20265.0The Tech was on time, efficient, friendly, and completed my repair for less than the estimate. Great experience from scheduling to satisfied.
