  This is our third time working with James, and once again, he did an excellent job repairing / installing our garage door opener! He is always punctual, makes sure to call ahead, and is very courteous. I appreciate that he always offers clear solutions to choose from with transparent pricing. I highly recommend James and will be a Garage Tech customer for life!

  Both of our garage doors needed service so we called Garage Tech and they were able to come out the next day! They completed the job professionally and in a very timely manner. Excellent customer service - highly recommend them!

  I've found my garage door people! From Amanda who schedules, to James who was the tech, this company treats its customers the right way. Prices are WAY more than fair and they don't try to upsell you like other garage companies. James came to fix a couple of door cables and reset the spring, but after checking on the door, he noticed that it needed to be reset, but the opener wasn't cooperating; he opened it up and checked its connections before calling Genie's customer service willing to wait the 10 minutes it had stated. I knew these techs have to stick to a schedule, but James went above and beyond to find out the problem, then offer fair solutions. He took the time needed to explain my options and never seemed to be in a hurry to get to his next customer. I really appreciated his professionalism and skills. I will recommend these guys to all of my friends and have found a company I can trust. Well done you guys!

  I’ve used Garage Tech twice to fix my garage door (broken spring and a cracked panel) and both times I’ve been pleased with the service, the tech, and the price.
