  Was visiting a new area of Tahaleh, I like this neighborhood! Can't wait for some more houses to get built.

  Water pooling issues, drainage issues. Don’t want to fix things. Nightmare!!!! Horrible warranty services.

  Do not purchase a Richmond American Home in Tehaleh.You will honestly be left disappointed and discouraged with your purchase.Their craftsmanship is absolutely poor. All they care about is closing. So you’re forced to sign or jeopardize losing any money you have put down.They have you do a walk through to see what they can get away with. It’s so overwhelming when you walk through and place blue tape on so many places.Then to be told that it’s only cosmetic.They lie to you during your walk through and tell you anything that you notice would be addressed.They haven’t completed anything that we didn’t sign off on or things we missed before we moved in.Their Home Warranty Specialist Debbie is absolutely heartless she will lie and tell you that it’s normal that your floors are separating.I’d expect the floors to move and have the floor boards displayed if they weren’t installed properly.There’s so many issues we’re walking on nails throughout our carpet.We have visible carpet seams and nails.I have allergies and they started to flair up before we moved in. I opened our vents to all types of debris not just dust. So I emailed Debbie, and Maureen pictures. I went and spoke to Mike another one of their project manager’s about everything that my husband and I were experiencing with our new home. He told me that it would take them a while to address all of the the issues in our home. Because they had to close on homes.So I went and showed Eric the pictures and expressed my disappointment and frustration.He told me that all I wanted to do was vent.He’s completely heartless.He told me that all of that debris in the vents was normal.Debbie emailed me back only to tell me that it was our responsibility to hire Bobs Heating to clean our vents.That they aren’t responsible for cleaning vents and painting our home. Even though our home was never properly painted, pictures don’t lie. Maureen simply blamed it on the cleaning company. She also said that the paint amongst other things needed to be addressed. I went to her office balling crying and showed her everything that’s going on with our brand new half a million dollar home.She told me that I would be hearing from Debbie’s boss.She also told me not to talk to Eric or Debbie about anything else . I still haven’t heard from the Boss.Debbie is still the one that emails me when I send pictures and emails about all of the issues we’re still dealing with. Eric told my husband and I that most people don’t notice the terrible paint job and all of the other issues that they aren’t willing to address.Eric will make excuses for everything that we brought to his attention.Our paint is so bad interior and exterior some areas have no coverage.We have paint on our brand new carpet. Which no one seems to care about. We have a loose two by four board behind our bathtub surround our wood trim has nail holes throughout.Debbie told me that they left touch up paint in the garage.our paint situation is far more then just touch up.They treated our home like it was an apartment they were trying to hurry up and get rented. The contractors they hire take no pride in their work. Richmond doesn’t care about the quality of the homes they’re building.All the care about is making money at the expense of the Home owners …..DO NOT PURCHASE A RICHMOND AMERICAN HOME iN BONNEY LAKE WASHINGTON OR YOU WILL BE COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED If This happened to you please share
