- AYAlex YaJul 14, 20251.0beware of this developer, I live on 148th st e, they were very nice before signing the paperwork, they said the house would have a warranty and that any problems would be fixed within a week, I have a lot of problems with the new house, I make warranty stamps on their website, they never answer, the phone in the office is always on answering machine, it looks like they are just scammers, I will try to contact them through lawyers, I will post updates

- JWJeff WardJun 28, 20202.0When my home was built in 2017 so many corners were cut to make their corporate goal of homes completed by end of year. They pressure you to sign off on the final walk-thru and say you can put it through on the warranty. So many of their sub contractors causes issues that a responsible general contractor should have caught. Her’s a small list: gutters angled to drain in the wrong direction, sinks drains not properly sealed and missing hardware, concrete sidewalks poured in the wet and freezing conditions that cause it to break within a year, improperly venting of dryer, leaving concrete just below the surface of much of the garden beds. That’s a small list but you get the picture.
