In both cases the work was done in a timely manner and was also quality work. I have had lots of work done on my home and Bath Fitters is the one I have had no problems with. Fast , clean and great.

Michelle, my design and sales consultant, was amazing and helped me arrive at a wonderful design of not one, but two bathrooms. Adam and Justin installed my primary suite tub/shower while Dakota and Drew installed my guest bath from tub/shower to walk-in shower. Due to a scheduling availability in my favor, both were scheduled on the same day! It was a lot of work and both teams finished within a little over a day (unbelievable, but true!). Both teams were very respectful, did outstanding work and left my home in excellent condition. I highly recommend asking for Michelle to start the process if you are considering Bathfitters/Black Diamond for your bathroom remodeling project. I could not be happier with the quality of the product, the outstanding guidance, and excellent installation work.

The project was completed in 1 day. & I’m very pleased with the results. I was so pleased that I went ahead and had the upstairs bathtub remodeled as well. Very pleased with everything. Highly recommend.
