  Justin was here right at 8am. He thoroughly explained what he was scheduled to do and got right to it. He worked hard all day and did a great job of cleaning up during the install. He kept us informed throughout. The finished product was what we expected and are happy with their work.

  A few years ago I had Bath Fitter replace my old cracked tub with a walk in shower. I chose them because their estimate beat all other installers. The sales team as well as the installers arrived on time. As they worked they were clean, tidy and professional. it took little time before my bathroom looked amazing. They left me with care instructions. After several years the shower needed caulking and shower knob tightening which they did without charge.

  Great experience all around. The guys were very professional and friendly. They were very interactive in answering questions and in getting our direction on decisions. They were very careful with protecting everything in the house. The final product is excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a bathroom remodel.

  From our initial consultation with Michelle to final installation by Lucas, Bath Fitters of Black Diamond made the process easy. Michelle never hard pressed us for upgrades but simply laid out the options and answered all our questions. When I indicated I wouldn't sign a contract until I had talked to at least 3 other options, she didn't hard sell, just thanked me and let me know they hope to hear from me. Price wise they came in almost 1/2 of what a local contractor wanted to do the job and about the same as other national bath refitters. We had 2 jobs quoted, our master cube shower to be converted to a doorless walk-in with shelving, seating, and shower head with hand wand. The 2nd job was a tub/shower combo to be converted to a shower with large barn door style glass doors, shelving, and shower head and wand. Estimate was 2 days for the master (custom made shower pan) and 1 day for the conversion. On the day the work started, a very pleasant young man named Lucas showed up and went over the job he would be tackling first, making sure his project list description matched mine. He then got busy laying protective mats from the door, up the stairs, down the hall and into the master bathroom. We provided our garage as a work area for Lucas and he cleaned before and after each days work. Lucas finished up that job in the late afternoon of the 2nd day and it was awesome. He returned on the third day to start the 2nd job and completed it late afternoon the same day. All work was done with great care to protect our house during the process. Lucas informed us each time he needed to turn off the water main and again when he turned it back on. Overall, except for the noise we hardly knew he was here. Very courteous young man who seems to really have pride in his craftmanship. I would highly recommend these folks for any bathub/shower remodels as they are competitively priced, not a hard sell, pressure laden company and the work they did for us was exceptional.

  Super happy with our beautiful shower! Matt our salesperson was great and very easy to work with and Justin our installer was so professional and nice, he also had a helper with him, I'm so sorry I don't know his name, but he was very professional and they all we're very respectful of our home.The quote advised it would be 1 1/2 days, because of the plumbing configuration we choose and that's exactly what it was. Both days they where here they throughly cleaned up everything, left no mess and I was so impressed. Thank you, we love our new shower!!
