James, the guy who came out, was very nice and thorough. So thorough that he identified quite a bit of work that was “needed” but didn’t really apply to the original purpose I’d called them out for. I wasn’t upset, I thought he was just helping me get a better idea of my situation. About an hour later I get a bill for an addition $240 (now a total of $515 including taxes) just for the callout. When I made the appointment I was under the impression the $250 was the fee, not that the electrician would spend additional time looking at separate issues so they could bill me more. Needless to say I won’t be accepting the $9000 estimate so I just wasted $515 to have someone come spend 2.5 hours at my house and quote me for a bunch of stuff I didn’t ask for

I first used their services a handful of years ago for some minor code update and rewiring in my kitchen. Last fall we came upon unexpected septic issues- from the electrical panel and the wiring to the tank. Dustin got someone out the very next morning to take a look and diagnose the issue. They talked with our septic company as needed throughout the process and got it all fixed and working smoothly. They also changed out an ev charger that had been installed by another company not to code. I learned the hard way a time or two (electrical and otherwise) that when it comes to my home I would rather have it done right than find the cheapest work. That said, Pro Circuit is beyond reasonably priced and their work is top notch. They're super reliable and communicative and each of the team members I've met over the years has been very kind and adept. I trust them to always do good, honest work.
