  Norbert is a national treasure. We worked with him over the winter to replace our molded shower/tub in the small bath in our primary suite. We had made ourselves a bit of a puzzle after cutting in windows. I had some help from a friend who was a designer, but mostly had no clue what I was doing. Not only is Norbert’s craftsmanship exceptional, his design aesthetic and knowledge of function guided us through lots of decisions (who knew choosing grout could be so hard?). We worked from home throughout the project, so we saw a lot of Norbert and he was pleasant to have in our home and also a great communicator (schedule changes, etc). Last but not least, he fixed our squeaky bedroom door - totally unrelated, just because. Thank you Norbert!!

  Norbert installed two high quality Toto smart bidet toilets for us. We were super impressed with the quality of his forethought, neatness and thoroughness of his work. Although we bought our units on internet, he was very knowledgeable about the area. I can say with certainty that he would be the first person we would call for any projects in this area, big or small. Thank you, Norbert!

  Norbert removed a shower/tub combination and installed a new walk-in shower in it’s place. We have an older home and so there was a lot of prep work truing up walls, floors, etc. Norbert had a lot of great ideas for us and a plan that resulted in a beautifully tiled shower for a price that was very reasonable. Norbert is creative, meticulous, highly skilled and reliable. I would recommend him most highly and if it were possible to give more than 5 stars for a rating I would do so!

  We had Norbert complete a tub to shower conversion and what can we say? He was amazing. Very thorough with a focus on detail and workmanship. He gave suggestions when needed, and we willingly listened. This was our first remodel, so it was all welcomed. We would never had guessed he was there, if the area wasn’t demoed. The work areas were always clean organized at the end of the day. I would use him again, as the end product is beautiful! I have already referred someone to him. Thank you!!

  These are just a few words to describe Norbert of Modern Bath Makeover…Professional, meticulous, reliable, funny, kind, deeply knowledgeable, hard working perfectionist. We hired Norbert to remove a fiberglass tub and shower enclosure and transform it into a walk-in shower. It’s hard to convey his level of expertise. He made so many suggestions that we would not have considered. Each one improved the look and function of the space beautifully. He is thoughtful about keeping the work space clean and tidy, which was important to us. He is a great communicator and a joy to work with which is rare in the remodel world. Don't think twice, just hire him!!
