Thorough & Effective Solutions: They cleared out our kitchen sink and heavily clogged pipeline using a complete setup—cabling, hydro-jetting, and a final camera inspection to verify the line was completely clean.   These guys have no idea what they were doing, when they came to our house and we showed them where the leaks were on the floor of my bed room and the washing machine room, all the did was guess where the leak were coming from and offered a service that was required to do, for example when they thought the leak was coming in from the washing machine room they change the valve and did a pressure washing on the pipes that set us back 2.5k and they believed it was fix but when the renovation team came and cut up the walls then we saw where the leak was really coming from 2 pips that was leaking a lot of water, we called them again and they came and told us that to change the pips it was going to be another 1.7k. We will not be using their services for any future projects.

  We are extremely pleased with the service we received. Had everything backed up and made the call. Same day they were here and fixed our problem. Very professional and explained what the problem was. I highly recommend Ready Rooter. To add, today they returned and did a follow up. In today’s world finding a company who cares about their customers is so important. 5 Star service!!

  Michael and Salem were consummate professionals! From the initial phone call to the moment they finished the job, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress free. They took the time to explain exactly what was going on with our pipe issue and helped diagnose our problem quickly and effectively. Everything was incredibly efficient. I can’t recommend their services enough!

  We had a really bad plumbing sewage back up and needed someone asap. Called and the scheduler was really really nice. Zane came out and spent hours helping us. He stayed and made sure everything was handled. Zane helped us negotiate the best deal we could and we ended up joining the membership. Zane came out today with his Supervisor and ran a camera down the line which is part of the membership. Long story short we are having Ready rooter fix all the issues. Zane was amazing and so helpful. He was understanding, patient and kind. I couldn't have asked for a better peraon to help my family.
