  If I could give more stars I would!! I was having kitchen sink drain problems and after talking to the lady over the phone, she let me know right away there would be someone here in 40 minutes! Once they arrived, I explained everything I tried to diy myself and Andrew went straight to work. After about 30 minutes we both thought it was gonna be a bigger issue than just a clogged pipe. He wasn’t so quick to give up and tried again saying if this didn’t work last resort I would have to spend hundreds of dollars to fix it. I was on verge of tears when he said it’s fixed. My kitchen sick was back the draining! I wanna thank Andrew and his team for all the help and getting it done so quickly. The lady on the phone was so nice and we even laughed that I thought I was speaking to AI. Andrew was AMAZING and so polite. If anything happens again I will not hesitate to call them again. Thank you!

  From the moment that Paul answered my panicked phone at 5:30am to when Nate and Charles were at my door by 6:30am, I knew I was in good hands. First, they all apologized for me having to wake up to a water disaster - that's care! They diagnosed my problem, explained my options and costs, connected me with an amazing restoration team, and then Dylan came out to do the plumbing repairs, who was friendly and fast! By 3:30 pm I had a claim filed, a plan of action, and my water back on and running. I don't ever want to go through this again, but if I ever need to, I will call Ready Rooter!

  I scheduled Ready Rooter and they cancelled last minute twice. I had taken off from work to stay back home and they cancelled. They promised to refund 10% because of their scheduling conflict and they never did that. I kept calling to check on it and they put me through 7 people and made me repeat Everytime what the issue was. Worst possible communication, rude and pretty uninterested. Never ended up getting the refund and pretty much wasted my several hours. Never going to use this company in the future or recommend them. I gave them 1 star because the technician was fine but the company and customer service was terrible.

  I had a lovely experience with Ready Rooter. I am a widow with no knowledge of plumbing, unless something fails. Then I am in trouble. I had a leak under the sink. A couple of friends looked at it, one even volunteered to make the repair. Unfortunately, as I watched him try, I realized I needed a true plumber. I called Ready Rooter. They had great customer service, and I was able to get help right away. The tech who came, Salem , was phenomenal. He was very understanding of my unfamiliarity with plumbing. He answered all my questions and explained exactly how he would proceed. I felt comfortable with going ahead. Salem did everything he could to get the job done right. He was committed to finishing that day, even though I said it was fine if he needed to return. From my porch, I could hear the sounds of him working. At one point, he needed to use a saw! When he was finished, I must say I was surprised at the amount of the bill. Then I looked at what I got for my money. It was beautiful. He replaced a lot of tricky looking parts. I could tell immediately that he certainly was a journeyman plumber. Because of his skill, I had more room under my sink than ever. Before Salem, it was a maze of pipes all over. Now it is much more functional. I took pictures to send to friends. He did an excellent job. I got real value for the money spent. I am preparing my home for sale. I will be proud to have any home inspection person look under my sink. A professional job, done right. I am completely satisfied with Ready Router, and their whole team. But most especially Salem. He is a credit to their company. I will not hesitate to call Ready Router for any future plumbing issues. Thank you, Ready Router, and

  Darius was our technician. He called on his way, arrived shorrtly after. He explained what he was going to do and started with an inspection in the crawl space. He gave us a condition status, then started on the clogged sink. He explained what was happening and quickly cleared the clog. He was polite, professional and a pleasure to talk with. Highly recommend you do whatever is needed to retain him. He represented your company in an exemplary manner. Unlike Darius, your advertisement online quoting an $84.00 Clog removal with a free inspection is predatory and misleading. We paid around $350 for the service, and while it was worth the price, putting out advertisements that grossly underestimates the actual cost is not just bad form, it may be illegal and certainly puts your technicians in a bad position with customers. That is something for investigators to determine. While I would highly recommend Darius to everyone, I can't say the same for your company. I am giving you only 3 stars because of the price descrepancy. Darius gets 5 of 5 stars. That kid was amazing.
