Around 1AM on a Saturday/Sunday evening, We noticed that a pipe under the master bathroom sink had sprung a leak. Only way to stop it was to shut off the line coming into the house. Basically leaving us with no water for sinks or toilets. I looked online for emergency services and came across Ready Rooter. Said they were local. Left an email and went to bed. Around 7:30 Sunday morning I received a call saying that I could have someone there between 1-6PM. A couple hours later I received a call saying that the technician would be there earlier than previously arranged. By 11:30 our technician, Adam, showed up to examine the leak and give us the quote. We were ecstatic that someone came so soon and the pricing was great. All in all I think it took Adam less than 2 hours for the repairs.
He was very pleasant man with jovial demeanor. Knowledgeable, efficient, cleaned up. Above all extremely courteous. I highly recommend checking this company out. The response and service was rapid, saving what was left of our weekend.
Thanks again to Adam and Ready Rooter.

I can’t say enough good things about Ready Rooter. They handled a huge 50 ft drainpipe replacement in my basement, and from start to finish their work was outstanding. The project took just over a week, and they were punctual every single day. Along the way, they also replaced my sump pump, and everything was handled efficiently and with care. Jarrod, the main technician on the job, was professional, thorough, and clearly took pride in doing things the right way. Because the work required jackhammering and excavating dirt to remove an old, disintegrating pipe, I was especially concerned about dust—yet they took every precaution to protect my home from silica dust throughout the process. Jim was a fantastic main point of contact, and the communication was stupendous every step of the way: clear expectations, timely updates, and quick answers whenever I had questions. I highly recommend Ready Rooter for any and all of your plumbing needs, and they’ll absolutely be the first call I make whenever I need plumbing repairs.

We had an AMAZING experience with Santino from Ready Rooter! We are avid DIYers who took it upon ourselves to unclog our bathroom sink and tub. However, the auger we were using got stuck in the p-trap and we decided instead of doing some major damage, we’d call the professionals.
Santino was great to work with. He was super knowledgeable and spent time answering any questions we had. He made quick work of getting the auger removed from the drain and then finished unclogging the pipes! We were so grateful for his services and would highly recommend him for anybody’s plumbing needs!n
I had a leaking shutoff valve and couldn’t locate my main water shutoff, so the situation was pretty stressful. Chevvy was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable from the start. He took the time to assess everything carefully, clearly explained what was going on, and walked me through the best solution without any pressure.
What really stood out was how patient and thorough he was — he made sure I fully understood everything before moving forward. On top of that, he was able to get everything fixed the same day, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. The quality of the work looks excellent, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. I would highly recommend Chevvy for any plumbing needs.

I recently contacted Ready Rooter to install a garbage disposal I had already purchased, just labor needed. When I called to get a ballpark quote, I was told they couldn't provide one over the phone and would need to schedule a free estimate. I wish I had known the approximate cost upfront, as it would have saved us both time.
The technician was originally scheduled yesterday but ran late, so I had to reschedule and take time out of my day a second time. When the technicians arrived today, I again asked for a rough estimate before they assessed anything. They said they needed to inspect and call their supervisor first.
When they returned, instead of giving me a straightforward quote, they launched into a sales pitch — asking how long I've owned my home, whether I've had plumbing issues, and pushing a $589/year membership that includes an annual inspection and a 15% discount on services. Only after all of that did they reveal that the installation would cost close to $500, which is more than twice what I expected. With the membership, it would drop to around $200.
I don't mind paying a fair price, and I understand companies have pricing structures. What I do mind is having to take time two days in a row, only to listen through a sales pitch for a job that could have been declined over the phone with a simple ballpark figure. I'm guessing they are usually successful with this approach, if they are actively taking it, since not everyone may find it as easy as I do to say "no" in person. As a result, this feels predatory and unnecessarily manipulative. Customers deserve to have their time and budget respected and discussed upfront.
