  I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with the this store Bellevue location was extremely disappointing from start to finish. On Tuesday, I called the store to confirm that a specific flooring product was in stock. The employee confirmed it was available, and I specifically asked whether they could hold it for me until Saturday since I would be driving a considerable distance to pick it up. I was assured that this would not be a problem. When I arrived on Saturday, the employee acknowledged that a hold had been placed but could not locate the flooring. After searching for about 15 minutes in the warehouse, he still couldn't find it. He explained that he had only been working there for two weeks and wasn't familiar with the inventory system. He then called his manager and told me the manager would come to the store and help locate the flooring within two hours. Trusting that the issue would be resolved, I left and returned more than three hours later. Unfortunately, the situation had not improved. I was told the manager had already left, and that the flooring had supposedly been placed in the middle of an aisle in the warehouse. After another 15mins search, the product still could not be found. When I asked if I could speak with the manager directly, my request was refused because it was supposedly "confidential." I was even asked what I intended to discuss with the manager. At that point, I was genuinely surprised by the lack of transparency and customer service. By then, I had already spent roughly two hours driving back and forth, plus a significant amount of time waiting in the store while employees searched for an order that had supposedly been reserved for me days earlier. To resolve the issue, I was offered delivery and was told I would receive the flooring within three days. After three days passed with no delivery and no communication, I called the store for an update, only to be informed that my order had been canceled. What should have been a simple pickup turned into multiple trips, hours of wasted time, conflicting information, and ultimately no product. Mistakes happen, but the lack of organization, communication, accountability, and follow-through made this one of the most frustrating retail experiences I have had. I hope management takes a serious look at their inventory controls and customer service processes so that future customers do not go through the same experience.

  Marcos is amazing and is doing a killer job running that place. All by himself no less! So long as Marcos is there, it's a worthwhile place to go.
