  The highly rated reviews is what got me to this business for my needs. I've had nothing but issues all throughout which is a stark contrast to all other reviews. But all other reviews only get you to the door, what you experience is a absolutely your own to deal with. I'm even wondering if the effort to type in all the details is of any use and therefore cutting short at just expressing disappointment and warning future customers. Reviews are for client sof the business and not the business itself as I have communicated all of these with the business already. So, they were provided ample opportunity to address this. 30k project and just an absolutely poor experience. The only time they were prompt was in sending Vlad for the estimate. After that, comma with him was slow and prolonged. And his estimate itself was almost 30% more in flooring sqft as compared to their own team a few years ago for the exact same job and exact same house. Vlad mentioned they would be in and out in under 2 weeks for all work. It took them from somewhere early may to mid June to actually complete it. And the outcome is so poor, one walkthrough and you would wonder did they intend to mess it up. Flooring - damaged pieces, piece coming loose, uneven baseboard installation, uneven gaps in panel installation, lots of scratches and visually damaged edges. Painting - What Vlad described would be covered and what did actually covered had a difference. Poorly applied concealers, lots of paint overflows. Cabinet - Again, what Vlad said is covered and what and how it got done is anhuge mismatch. They just did not sand down old paint as originally described. Dust and large particles settled in before it dried, orange peel effect because they did not sand down properly, incomplete paint coverage, lots of overflows everywhere and as of all that was not enough - incorrectly put up doors and drawers. And the worst part was having walked through these issues in person in our house, in their attempt to fix it, they did almost nothing. Their actual workers absolutely have no idea what profession they are in. And there is no intent my the overall team including owner to recognize this mistake and attempt to fix it.

  Highly recommend EA. Finished the job from quote to check in 2 weeks. Team is top notch, top to bottom. Erik gave me the most competitive quote on quality, speed, and price. Edwin was a great project manager and Mario and his team were incredible. Would use EA again for sure.

  I really liked E&A flooring. Vlad was prompt, courteous, and professional and their bid was very competitive with other bids I received. Would definitely hire them in the future.

  Our floors and railing were redone last year and we could not be happier! E&A (with Sash as our Project Manager) were very thorough and thoughtful with our project. I had some very specific requirements and they were very accommodating! The before and after don’t really do the project justice. Complete transformation.
