  Wow! What amazing customer service that hasn't changed over the years. Once I purchased tile from Discount Tile Outlet in 2018, I've never gone anywhere else for our tile needs. Patience and professional guidance; always smiling, friendly and welcoming; gorgeous selection unmatched by massive retail outlets. I really appreciated the information about tile and coordinating products recently. I highly recommend Discount Tile Outlet, you will be so happy, just like me!

  Drove from Woodinville to check out the store. Walked in, lady with short haircut was on the phone & said she'd be right with me. After she hung up, I asked her if the tile being displayed was the actual size or samples, she snapped "actual size". Within seconds, a friend of hers came in & they start yapping about personal things. I came in with a sample to explore options & wandered aimlessly for a good 10 minutes until I concluded I wasn't going to give them the business due to the disrespectful customer service. As I walked out, I said, "Thank you so much for your help." The lady behind the desk said sorry, but didn't even try to make things right. I sat in my car for a bit & they appeared unphased as they carried on their session. We are in the process of renovating 3 bathrooms & a kitchen counter. I would consider that a significant profitable sale, but I guess they don't need it. I'll stick to my original plan & go with Floors & Decor that has been nothing, but exceptional service. The service I received today was beyond unacceptable at Discount Tile Outlet.

  Love the tiles I bought here! The employees were very helpful, one tiles came within 3 days and another within 8 days of ordering it. They also suggested the color of grout for both tiles which was very helpful
