  I used CS Floors to replace the tile in my guest bath. They did a good job helping me find the right tile for my project, and the finished tile installation looks good. It should for the price I paid! (20% of the cost was for the tile, and 80% of the cost was for the labor). Total time spent at my house was 2 guys, total of 16 work hours (4 hours for tear out and reinstall, and 4 hours for grout and cabinet install). They damaged the drywall when removing the bathroom vanity, (they did not cut the caulk throughly, and therefore tore the drywall when they pulled the cabinet away from the wall). They did not disclose this damage, but left it for me to discover after I'd made the final payment, 2 days after they left. If only they had repaired the drywall damage when they first caused it. BEFORE they reinstalled the cabinet. They also left a gaping hole above the toiler water supply (photos below). I also had to ask them to come back to trim and install my bathroom door. I was never offered compensation for the additional expense of patching drywall. I contacted the owner and the project manager repeatedly after I discovered the damage, and they are aware of my unhappiness.

  We've had great experiences with CS Floors on Bainbridge Island! It's so wonderful to have an on island showroom for our clients to visit and make selections and the customer service has been excellent.

  CS Floors re-tiled our fireplace surround and hearth. The entire experience was positive from the moment I walked into the store until the final inspection of the work. Great communication - with us and among their team - sales, design, installers and owner.

  We are very happy with our floors! Catrice was a delight to work with. In fact, everyone we dealt with from CS Floors was knowledgeable and helpful. Added bonus - they did the floors both sooner and faster than we were expecting.

  So pleased with our flooring results. Getting our quote scheduled was easy and folks were friendly. The carpet removal and flooring install was quick and looks amazing. Our installer was on time and friendly. We couldn’t be happier with our results, admittedly our job was a small one, but we were pleased with our experience from start to finish. Amy was especially helpful in guiding us throughout the process and following up to ensure we were happy with our results. We look forward to working with them again in the future.
