  I have always had a great experience with these guys. Tanner is awesome, super friendly, remembered my dogs after they had passed. All of the workers who have come out have been quick, efficient, thorough, and friendly. Pricing is reasonable, billing is easy, the entire process is smooth. They take pictures and videos of the work they did so you can see the work up close, which is really good.

  Guardian Roofing and Gutters has been a pleasure to work with. They are thorough, punctual, professional, and communicate effectively and in a timely manner throughout the entire project. Juan Mejia is the absolute best metal roofing repair and installation specialist one could hope for. He is amazing! He is meticulous and extremely attentive to detail. He goes above and beyond in every respect, ensures every aspect of his work is thorough, correct, and beyond reproach. He takes pride in his work and one can be absolutely certain that it was done right. A true professional, I would not hesitate to call upon Juan at any time in the future should I require a roofing professional. Juan Mejia is awesome!

  They did a good job cleaning my roof and applying the treatment, but they left a lot of debris on the second-floor windows, which I ended up cleaning myself. The windows may look clean from the ground, but they aren't. Aside from that, the overall service was great.

  Fantastic job from the whole crew! Thank you! Justin did a great inspection with video! I could clearly see all that I needed to get done. Great pricing for the work! Deimar handled my huge job! She kept me well in hand through 3 large projects! Moss removal and treatment, masonry repairs to both chimneys and a full new gutter replacement! My home needed some TLC! With in 3 weeks Guilmar and his whole crew had everything perfect! Pictures of before and after! I am enthralled! Need roof help? Do yourself a favor, Call theses guys! I know I will!

  Would give zero stars if possible. Whoever was driving the van on 05/07 approx 5:20pm was in the wrong lane getting off the 167 on Des Moines exit. He legit cut me off in stand still traffic at the light. Almost hitting my new car. You guys seriously need to hire trained and professional drivers. To be doing this in a COMPANY vehicle is insane. It has your brand written all over it.
