  Orlando is the best employee at Guardian for roof repair. He is very social and is open to any questions about the work to be performed. Orlando took care of the eves of the house to install the extra intake ventilation needed to equal the ridge vent out take flow. Orlando sealed up the open ridges on the wood siding at request. The repair work around the chimney was performed to contract. This will eliminate roof leak around the chimney after 28 years. Request Orlando Rojas for roof repair!

  I needed an inspection for an insurance company renewal. Guardian scheduled an appointment within a few days. Dallas did the inspection and provided video and a clear explanation about the condition of my roof. I was prepared to get a new roof (as the insurance company said might be needed) but he explained why this was not needed. Repairs were scheduled, and Malia did a great job communicating about the project schedule. Juan and his crew took care of the repairs efficiently and left the site looking great. I received photos and a letter for my insurance company explaining all the work. I am very satisfied with the work and communication. I have used Guardian before and will use them again.

  My neighbor used Guardian Roofing to pressure wash and clean the moss off their roof. Guardian Roofing did not inform me or take any steps to protect my property from the spray and mess caused by their cleaning. I got home and saw a big mess on the side of my property. My AC unit, storage bin, window, and newly installed gravel path had debris, moss, and dirt all over them. As big and experienced this company is, this is something they should have known can happen. When I went to inform the person who was performing the job, I got attitude and a complete lack of concern about what happened to the side of my property. His words were something like, "What do you want us to do? That happens with this cleaning. It's just moss—like moss falling out of a tree." No, this is not like moss falling out of a tree. This is them spraying a bunch of debris and mess from one property onto someone else's. I should not have to clean up after them. I was taken aback by their attitude and disrespect for my property. Had they acknowledged the issue, apologized, and offered to clean things up, I would not have thought more of it. Their attitude tells me a lot about their business. They only care that they do the job, but what happens to other people's property is not their concern. The neighbor acknowledged the mess, apologized, and offered to ensure it was cleaned up. The business should have done the same. I would never recommend this business. If you use them, ask how they will ensure their neighbors' property is protected or cleaned up from any mess they make. If not, you could end up with some neighborly issues.

  Guardian had been recommended by neighbors, and they didn't disappoint! Dallas came out and looked at the items that had been flagged in a recent home inspection. He showed us the video of his inspection... cracked trusses, two leaks in the roof, some cracked shingles and the moss. It really helped seeing the video and then hearing his proposals for correcting them. Malia was our Project Manager and helped answer questions that I had during the repairs. Fernando & Sandro did all of the repairs and were courteous and did a great job of protecting our outdoor furniture (during the work on the moss removal). They cleaned up afterwards too. I would recommend working with Guardian if you have issues with your roof.

  We had a couple guys come out to check out our leaking skylight and give us a quote if we needed it fixed. Here’s what happened: - wouldn’t give the quote to just me; said they wanted my husband there too - gave a 30 min presentation hyping up their company on a tablet. Wouldn’t get to the point. Wouldn’t give us an individualized quote for our skylight repair. Be prepared to be held hostage in your own home if you call these guys - with no prompting, said they would never bait someone into repairing their roof using scare tactics, then IMMEDIATELY tried to scare us into repairing our roof by pointing to the moss on our roof. We’re in the PNW. Obviously there will be moss! - they presented us with a 26k quote to redo our roof EVEN THOUGH it’s only three years old! We only wanted the skylight looked at! The most ridiculous part is coming next - you’re gonna want to stick around… - when we said we just moved and didn’t have the kind of money to replace our roof, they asked if we had any “hidden away” or if family members could loan us money. Outrageously inappropriate. I cannot fathom this being a successful sales strategy. I’m an extremely forgiving person but this is shameful But the most insulting part is that they thought this strategy would work on us. Please. I will say, they gave my dog a toy - which at first I thought was nice but coupled with all the other sleezy tactics made me feel like I was being bribed. We never called them back. The next day we had a solo contractor come out to check it out. He showed us how to open our skylight (Guardian didn’t tell us that) and said it was probably leaking due to debris getting caught in it. Cleaned it out in 5 minutes, for free, and completely fixed the problem. So just to sum up, Guardian wanted us to pay 26k for a problem some random guy fixed for free in five minutes. Do not use them unless you’re gullible and have piles of cash you want to give to a company with 0 sales ethics. We’re in 2026 - WE CAN SEE THROUGH THESE TACTICS. Stop using them!!!
