  We scheduled Guardian Roofing to come out and give us a quote for roof and gutter cleaning. Jimmy showed up on time, talked to us about what services we wanted then went up on the roof for an inspection. It was determined that our roof was nearing the end of its life and it would do more harm than good to clean it. He showed us pictures of the condition of the roof and explained what we were seeing in terms of wear on the roof. He didn't try and sell us a service that would be a waste, and we appreciated his honesty in that. Since we were looking at having to replace the roof sometime in the near future, we requested a quote just to get an idea of the cost. Even though it wasn't the original plan, we ended up hiring Guardian to install a new roof and gutters. They've been really great with the scheduling and verifying colors and roof tiles and are really on top of things. The new roof and gutters will be installed later this week, and so far, we couldn't be happier with the service that we've received from Jimmy and Guardian Roofing.

  I am a repeat customer with Guardian. First, I would like to say, Ron B. is awesome. He is thorough, professional and personable. I have many dealings with him over the years. I appreciate him. Then I meet Jesus and his team. What a great team. They were very dedicated to getting the job done and they worked together like a true team. They were very polite in conversation with me and with each other. Then along came Antonio, who I first had a phone conversation with, then met in person. I observed him dealing with his crew without him knowing about it. He treated them with kindness, dignity and respect. Such a kind man. It takes many spokes to make the wheel go around. There was not a weak spoke in the whole wheel. Awesome job, gentlemen. My roof looks great and I am one happy customer. Thank you.

  Peter Abraham and the team at Guardian did excellent work on a tricky repair. I had an attic fan that another contractor installed with the flashing surface-mounted on top of the shingles and sealed with mastic instead of properly integrated under the upper course. Peter came out, did a thorough inspection inside and out, and explained clearly what needed to happen. A few things stood out. He took the time to answer my questions patiently even when I was second-guessing details as a non-roofer. He coordinated the billing directly with the other contractor without me having to chase anyone. And the crew documented every step with photos, which I appreciated since I couldn't watch the work myself. The finished flashing is genuinely better than how the other vents on my roof were done. Seamless around the entire penetration, top and bottom. Friendly, professional, and helpful throughout. I'd work with Guardian again without hesitation and recommend them to anyone needing roof work in the Seattle area.

  We would avoid this company at all cost. we used them to fix a leaking balcony roof and they could not repair it properly resulting in a new roof replacement and countless home visits. Then they stopped replying making us go to warranty with Owens Corning shingles company which was denied and workmanship is actually not covered. This company does not understand basic roofing methods and undercuts you in ways you will later learn will cost you. We have learned that this company was bought out and no longer locally owned, resulting in smooth talking service and sales men with subpar and rushed work. The worst part is they lie to your face and blame your gutters for a leaking roof. We used guardian roofing who had the most expensive bid thinking it would be the best only to learn that they where actually the absolute worst decision we have ever made for our home.

  I had a great experience with Guardian Roofing from start to finish. Peter was excellent during the initial consultation, Mandy was very helpful when reviewing the plan, and Edgar did a fantastic job cleaning our roof. I especially appreciated the photos that were taken throughout the different stages of the roof cleaning process. It was great to see the progress and know exactly what work was being completed. The cleanup afterward was thorough. Everyone I worked with was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I highly recommend Guardian Roofing and would not hesitate to use their services again!
