  Pablo did a great job I have no complaints about his service, and if the rest of my experience with your company had gone as smoothly as his part I would be extremely satisfied. But I will never use your or Home Depot for an intakation again. I had to hunt down your phone number to finally get ahold of your scheduling staff (4 time I asked them to change the phone number they had listed for me as it was incorrect) I was all ready and had to have someone take the day off on the 2nd of July, only for you to call a half hour before the time window to reschedule. So that person had to loose 2 days of wages). I will tell anyone and every one of the horrible service provided.

  Chris was the first technician that told us that we had the wrong water heater in for how it was attached. Our water heater pilot light kept turning off, had it inspected multiple times they could never find the reason. Within 10 minutes, he explained that we totally had the wrong water heater. Not our fault it was there when we bought the house. Chris explained everything in detail and of course with paying money I was kind of grouchy, but he stayed very professional and thorough. I will always call and ask for him if I need more services done.

  Quick and professional installation. Thiago did an excellent job and was friendly and professional. He knew what he was doing and answered all my questions. Would recommend Fast water heater company. Price was in line with other companies in the area and I was able to get the specific water heater model I wanted.

  Excellent service at a fair price. I am a little older now and for a few hundred extra bucks I would gladly pay to have a pro do the job of replacing an old toilet. Marc - the tech who did the work was a great guy. He did the work professionally, he replaced the metal flange as it was shot, put in the new toilet, removed the old one. 100% worth it - I booked it through Home Depot - the entire process was super EZ

  The technician who came to replace my old water heater with the new one was very friendly, polite and professional. He had no problem answering all of my questions and explained it in layman’s terms so I would understand it better. I would rate him a 10 out of 10. Thanks
