  If I could give Pablo 10 out of 5 stars I would — and I don't say that lightly. I'm already a loyal Fast Water Heater Co. customer having had two of my properties serviced by this company, and every experience has been exceptional. So when I needed a plumber at my primary residence I didn't hesitate to call. Pablo showed up and immediately set himself apart from any plumber I've ever had. What makes Pablo different isn't just his technical skill — it's his approach. He doesn't just address the surface problem and move on. He is incredibly thorough, leaving no stone unturned until he fully understands what is going on with your home's plumbing. He even took the time to review work done by previous plumbers to verify everything was up to code and properly done. That last part tells you everything about the kind of professional Pablo is — he's not just there to do a job, he's there to make sure everything is right.   Brendan had to remove our old 1997 water heater and replace with new one, but everything had to be brought up to code from EQ straps, vents, expansion tank, etc. Not only did he just replace our OLD tank, he gave us security of knowing everything was truly safe and secure. This was necessary maintenance. Now if we sell our home in the future, this will pass any inspection. Brendan was so nice, friendly, AND efficient.

  Fast Heat and Water provided excellent service during an emergency on Mother’s Day when our 21-year-old water heater started leaking. Thiago was the technician who came out, and he was outstanding—kind, polite, and very professional throughout the entire job. He took the time to clearly explain each step of what happened and what needed to be done, which gave us a lot of confidence. He handled a full replacement of our old water heater, including updating piping, wiring, and expansion work for the new system. It was a lot of detailed work, but everything was done efficiently and with great care. After the installation, he made sure to explain the system and everything he had completed. We truly appreciate the professionalism, skill, and respectful service. Highly recommend Fast Heat and Water.

  Adam was amazing! Professional, knowledgeable, knew what he was doing, very polite! We asked so many questions and he was very patient and answered them all! Had the job done in less time than he quoted. Would recommend this company. All I did was call the Home Depot, got transferred to this company and it was all taken care of! On time, a little spendy, they are handling the permit necessary, brought us up to code, hauled off the old tank and we are back in business on Mother’s Day! So thankful!

  Evan, Ricky, and Canyon just spent three full days in my crawl space (and I mean more crawl than space) completely repiping my entire house from galvanized to PEX and installing a tankless hot water heater. Omg that was a thankless task. The quality of their work was excellent, but what stood out just as much was their professionalism and attitude throughout the whole job. Not a single complaint despite the conditions. They clearly took pride in doing things right. If you need plumbing work done, especially a big job, these are your guys. Highly recommend. They deserve more than 5 stars.
