This project was necessary due to a water leak which damaged my subfloor, insulation and floors. Chad provided a competitive estimate and completed the work according to our agreement. The final bill was below the estimate which was a pleasant surprise. He allowed me to do the necessary demo myself and adjusted the quote. Chad is an excellent communicator and easy to schedule with. The floors look amazing. I highly recommend CAP construction.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with CAP Construction and Chad! We interviewed about 10 different contractors for our master bathroom remodel, and ultimately chose Chad because from the very beginning, it felt like he cared about us just as much as he cared about the project. That made a huge difference. Throughout the entire project, we made a few changes along the way, and Chad was always accommodating and willing to work with us. His communication was excellent from start to finish, and we always knew what was going on and what to expect. One of the things we appreciated most was Chad’s attention to detail. His tile work is absolutely amazing. In fact, I’ve been to other people’s homes and noticed small imperfections in their tile work that I know Chad simply wouldn’t have allowed. His workmanship and pride in what he does really show. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom. Chad is truly one of the best around, and when we’re ready for our next project, CAP Construction will be the first call we make. Highly recommend Chad and CAP Construction!

I needed both of my bathrooms upgraded. I bought a house built in 1987. I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted. Being a first time homeowner I didn’t know what was involved in a renovation project, totally clueless.. The bathrooms aren’t very big. I called out CAP Construction for ideas. We scheduled an in-home visit and they gave me suggestions of what would look best to optimize the small space that I have. The bathrooms turned out great. We took their advice and got more space out of what we had. The kitchen is next on the renovation list. We will definitely be calling CAP back.

Chad with CAP Construction was the best I have encountered. His communication with me through the process of things was on point and stellar. His quality of work was over and above what I expected. His timeline on the project was what we discussed as promised, I will definitely use him for any future projects I highly recommend CAP for all your remodeling needs.
