  Dylon was here right on time, was able to assess my problem within five minutes of being here. Checked out everything else and was out the door in less than 30 minutes. All from a ticket that I called in yesterday. Love the Customer Service I received from Allred and Dylon.

  Great service with a smile. The technician showed up on time and had the proper part with him. He replaced it and told me a bit about my furnace. Professional and friendly.

  I always like contractors that provide additional feedback. It makes me trust you a little more when you are willing to share when you see things are not up to code. I wish your project manager had spoken up when he saw that my brand new gas water heater in the garage was NOT on an 18 inch pedestal per WA state code. It sits directly beside the furnace I wanted you to replace. Not very observant.

  I called Allred for an annual maintenance on my gas furnace. The technician Marc, told me the heat exchanger was cracked. Showed me pics on his phone. Explained how dangerous it was to turn my furnace on and cautioned me to keep the gas to the furnace turned off. He left an estimate for a new furnace. I called another company for a second bid. They told me my heat exchanger WAS NOT cracked. This company is priced very high compared to others in Federal Way.
