  Travis from ALLRED Heating, Cooling & Electric recently completed a comprehensive evaluation of both of our furnaces and heat pump, and I came away extremely impressed. He conducted one of the most thorough inspections I've ever witnessed, documenting his findings with more than 70 photographs and carefully evaluating every aspect of our heating and cooling systems. What impressed me most was that he didn't simply hand me a report, he took the time to review each finding, explain its significance, answer questions before I even had to ask them, and clearly outline my options. By the time Travis left, I had a complete understanding of the condition of our HVAC system and the reasoning behind his recommendations. His explanations were clear, detailed, and easy to understand, without any pressure or sales tactics. Travis's technical knowledge was matched by his professionalism, patience, and genuine concern for helping us make informed decisions. He is an outstanding representative of ALLRED, and I would not hesitate to recommend both him and the company to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable HVAC service. Five stars!

  I called Allred Heating Cooling Electric to have my splits in our carriage house, and our house furnace needed a routine service and cleaning. The technician, Travis, arrived exactly on time, was friendly, introduced himself, and explained the problem in plain language. I appreciated how honest he was about what needed to be fixed and that there were no hidden fees. He completed everything quickly, left the work area clean, and even gave me tips on heater maintenance. The whole experience was professional, punctual and far better than any service I’ve had in months. I will definitely call them again for any heating service.

  My experience with Allred has been beyond disappointing. Our new heat pump stopped working about two weeks after installation due to being incorrectly installed (an Allred tech told us this). Since then, Allred has been back for 10+ hours over 3 visits before determining the whole heat pump needed to be replaced. Allred canceled a follow-up appointment with less than an hour left in the 5-hour appointment window. It’s very hard for us to rearrange our busy work schedules, so this was especially frustrating. The above really only scratches the surface of how confusingly awful this experience has been. We’re extremely disappointed in how an Allred tech caused this issue in the first place by incorrectly installing our expensive heat pump, yet Allred itself has not shown any willingness to “make it right” and regain our trust for potential referrals and service maintenance.

  Adam came out today for my HVAC maintenance service and did an outstanding job. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. During the visit, he installed two surge protectors and completed the system maintenance professionally and efficiently. Adam was knowledgeable, courteous, and made sure I was comfortable with the work being performed. I also want to mention that scheduling the appointment was a breeze. The entire process was simple, convenient, and hassle-free from start to finish. I really appreciated Adam’s attention to detail and excellent customer service.   We recently had a great experience with Allred when we needed to replace our furnace, which was about 20 years old and clearly past its prime. In the fall of last year their technician came out to inspect our system. His inspection of the furnace was thorough, and he was knowledgeable, and honest about of it. When it was time to replace the furnace, the salesperson was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and clearly explained our options.Their pricing also stood out as very competitive compared to other quotes we received. The installation itself went smoothly. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and were consistently professional and pleasant to have in the home. They took care with the installation and left everything tidy afterward. Overall, it was a straightforward, well-managed process from inspection to installation.
