Had a major leak in my system that was flooding my yard. Called them and they were able to get someone out the next day! He troubleshoot the system, inspected and cleaned everything while doing so. Promptly informed me what was wrong, everything that was wrong on top of my leak too. They sent the quote and two days later two more crews came out, one crew to fix the leak and some other components, the second crew to fix the electrical components. Five guys in all and every single one was courteous and professional. Answered all my questions, and thoroughly informed me what was going on and the repairs made, to include a component outside of my septic system that was broken during the repairs that they promptly replaced as well. Highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again. Top notch customer service. They even text you a photo of your technician that is coming out to perform the work!

We had a great experience with your company servicing our septic system. Seth and Noah were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. They arrived on time, completed the work efficiently, and left the area clean when they finished. It’s refreshing to find a company that takes pride in their work and provides honest, reliable service. Thanks again!

Based on both my experience and other reviews, this company appears to be very inconsistent. I struggle to understand how they maintain a 4.8-star rating given the service I received. The process began during a septic inspection for a home sale. The pressure tank passed, but the drain field appeared clogged. I was presented with a high-level estimate of $5,901 before tax, $6,426.19 after tax with very little written detail regarding scope. After asking multiple questions, my partner was told the repair effort could involve video scoping, excavation, unclogging, pipe replacement, and repeated testing, potentially requiring 6–12 hours of labor. Given that explanation, the price seemed reasonable, so I approved the work. The three-person crew arrived late, around 8:30 AM (had to arrive between 7:30am and 8:00 am). Within roughly 35 minutes, they had: • Excavated the distribution box. • Scoped both drain lines and identified the clog locations. • Opened a short trench (6’-8’) and confirmed deteriorated tile piping. At that point, work stopped pending supervisor Rob approval. We then waited nearly two hours for the supervisor to arrive. Upon arrival, he immediately began recommending a complete septic replacement, stating further excavation was not worthwhile and could create permitting issues. At my request, the crew extended the excavation by another few feet, which confirmed additional pipe deterioration. The decision was then made to abandon the repair attempt. The crew left my property before noon(11:55am). In total, they spent less than 3.5 hours on site, including approximately two hours waiting for management direction. No materials were used/installed, no repairs were done, and the drain field remained nonfunctional. Later that day, the company attempted to charge the full estimated amount. The invoice contained no meaningful breakdown of labor, materials, or completed work. When I contacted the office requesting clarification and details, I was told their system was temporarily down and that the technician Dustin would follow up. Five days later, I still had not received a call, explanation, or itemized invoice, although additional attempts were made to charge my card. My concern is not that the repair was unsuccessful—older septic systems can be unpredictable and it is hard to give defined answer without opening up the ground. My concern is the lack of transparency, the significant gap between the promised scope of work and the actual effort performed, and the attempt to bill the full estimated amount (up to 12 hrs of labor and material) despite no repair being completed and only 1,5 labor hours spent. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Hello,I want to say about the Plummer Technician that came out to my home Tuesday June 9th 2026 5pm. It started out Cordially nice, and friendly. I needed a Main Shutoff Valve replaced. More work was required with Hotwater tank but Shutoff valve was prime concern. The plumber whom I won't call out but name starts with a "B" came out fairly immediately. Now it's time for business. It's getting late around 4:45pm. Understand the 6 inch hole will need digging out to over 3ft wide and 36 inches deep from previous time with these Shutoff valves, the hole was already dug and bigger, deeper than required. Mr. B wanted $1,065.13 for replacement of the valve. I also wanted the valve raised higher for easier access and keeping out of water but, still in code. He wouldn't do this just changing the Valve with what he had in his truck. Here's where it all went bad. My wife came out to discuss the price for $1k and no digging required. It was a heated discussion involving our HOA President and some board members, because we are affecting multiple homes shutting off the water. He yells at my wife and defends himself as trustworthy, and already giving us a break and discount. We said the hole is dugout just replace the valve he replies it will cost $2,400 alone for the hole to be dugout. Mr B said, what do you expect, "plumber come out and do for $500? He gets on the phone calls his supervisor. I came back and said OK we will pay it but, now he's mad saying he's affended and not doing it now, go "call another plumber see what they'll charge you, I'm right". Well , I did. Friday another license & Bonded plumber came replaced the valve for $457.47 ,due to the hole was dugout already. Wait it gets better. I went on a search to find out the cost from other plumbers. I also said a hole must be dug to access the Valve. 3 other quotes came back saying $450. I said a whole is required. All quotes came back at $450 to 550 for 3 hrs or a total of 8hrs, Yes Mr B we were going to pay YOU $800 bucks .September 2025 a plumber wanted $750 to dig a hole . Yes we got it done at $457. You were PRICE GOUGHING us! This company has a Contract for my community already on board, and you said you were giving us a discount because we are members. Told us to call another plumber and it's going to cost us$2 400 alone for the hole ONLY! That's your price buddy, NOT for the plumbers who wanted the work. Thanks for the advice, we did call other plumbers for $550 max. Your price alone $1,065 Now, I can pay for the Hot Water Heater repair and Shutoff valve all included. My Board Members knows this too. We all asked YOU, Mr. B can you help us? And the inconvenience to our neighbors for shutting off the water. I paid my neighbor $100 for under 2hrs to dig the hole. I'm a contractor too. My rate of 50-72/hr as a contract engineer. You wanted more than $400/hour and complained about the hole dugged was too small and tight. The plumber that came out, said the hole was fine. And, I got what, I wanted in the price! AAdavantage should be glad you ALREADY have a contract with our community. Yes! I did my job in checking around. See photos

Five stars isn't enough for what A Advanced Septic & Electrical did for my friend and her family. Last winter, heavy rains compromised the watertight seals on all of her septic tank risers. Groundwater flooded the pressure system’s pump chamber; a problem made much worse by a long-standing drainage issue the City of Bonney Lake has known about for years but still has not fixed. The pump failed, and for two months she and her extended family, all living in the home together, had no working septic system, no showers, no facilities, and no sense of normalcy. Another company had been involved from the beginning. They charged her twice just to pump down the tanks and when the ground water finally receded, what they proposed still wasn't adequate. Their quote was also several thousand dollars higher than what A Advanced came in at. I called A Advanced hoping they had a better solution. They did. When they uncovered the tank, nobody expected what they found, buried concrete slabs and walls from a greenhouse her late husband had built years ago, completely encasing the risers. Unexpected work that could have easily justified a change order. A Advanced didn't charge a penny more. They held their original proposal, adapted on the spot, and committed to getting this household back in service. They arrived fully prepared with everything needed to complete the job. They have a clear plan to reseal the risers going forward and have already addressed all additional work the system requires. My friend is in her seventies with extended family counting on that home running smoothly. After two months of hardship, knowing they were able to shower, use their own facilities, and return to everyday life, meant everything. A Advanced made that happen, for less money, with more integrity, than anyone else involved. Thank you to the entire team at A Advanced Septic & Electrical. Professional, prepared, fairly priced, and genuinely committed to seeing it through.
