These guys are great! Had them come out for an after hours emergency and they handled everything swiftly. Garrett and Mark were great guys. They made things easy and were very professional. Taught me some things about my septic system as well. Will use them every time from here on out.

We recently moved into a new house, and a few days ago we suddenly started having septic issues when the toilet stopped flushing and we heard bubbling sounds coming from the shower. Honestly, we didn’t know what to do, so my dad called Septic Solutions hoping someone would be available, and Dennis picked up right away. He was professional, patient, and very reassuring during the whole situation. He arrived at our home in Granite Falls within about 15 minutes, inspected the septic system with a camera, showed us the footage, clearly explained the issue, and answered all of our questions without rushing us. Everything was fixed quickly, cleaned up thoroughly afterward, and the entire process felt honest and well organized. Dennis and Septic Solutions truly earned our trust, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in Granite Falls needing reliable septic service.
The technicians were very knowledgeable and worked diligently to find my issues with the septic and septic system. They conducted a scan of my septic system which provided documentation for the drainage as I did not have an “as built” document available from county or tribal.
The technicians found the issues I was having and resolved it. They filled the holes they dug neatly and couldn’t tell there was a dig.
Great job guys and thank you!
I had a great experience with Septic Solutions. They arrived within about 15 minutes of my call. The technician showed the condition of the pipes on video and sent me a copy to keep, explained the issues clearly, and answered all my questions. They cleaned the pipes during the visit quickly and provided an estimate along with a work plan for next steps. The process was efficient and well organized. I’m planning to continue working with them.

In early March 2026, a leaking toilet caused a high-level alarm on our septic system while we were away. Since we were due for a full pump anyway, I called Septic Solutions. Dispatch was genuinely great, friendly, helpful, and clearly a local. Unfortunately, that was the best part of the experience.
Our appointment was March 12th. The technician was friendly, but shortly after arriving, his "boss" showed up. No introduction, harsh tone. He immediately told me our drain field was failing and we'd need at minimum $3,300 to have it cleaned, possibly a full replacement on top of that, and that our UV light had failed and would cost around $500 to replace.
I have a background in plumbing, mechanical work, and construction. One of the first questions you ask when diagnosing a high-level alarm is whether there's been any irregular water usage in the home. He never asked. Combined with his dismissive, non-consultative tone, it was clear he wasn't interested in understanding what was actually going on and was more interested in selling me work I didn't need. I pushed back on the UV light and asked him to double-check it. He came back and admitted it was fine. Then sent me the estimate to replace it anyway. I told him to proceed with just the pump. He told me he'd be back in a week, it would be worse, he'd charge me more, and I'd regret it.
My drain field lasted the week, and the one after that, and will probably last a lot longer given that it's fairly new.
Recommending and pushing repairs you haven't properly verified is a serious problem, and for someone who isn't technically minded it's an even bigger one. People call a specialist because they trust them to give an honest assessment of what's needed. Quoting a UV light replacement after confirming it wasn't broken, and aggressively pushing $3,300 in drain field work on a system that didn't need it, is a breach of that trust.
Dispatch was excellent, and the technician was friendly. This review would be higher if not for that one individual. The pattern across the other 1-star reviews here suggests my experience wasn't unique, and I hope it's something the company takes seriously.
EDIT: My original review included a concern that the team appeared to have left the site without turning the pump disconnect back on. Chris reached out with pictures that appear to indicate they left with power flowing to it. We haven't had an issue with that switch before or since their visit, but I'll take their word for it that the photo was taken at the end of the visit and not the start. I appreciate him reaching out and have revised my review to reflect that.
