  Very great experience with them, Called in the morning and the office gals made sure to send out their guy Garret same day and were right on time with what they said. Was a very easy process and be had a lot of knowledge to help with my problem. Will continue to use them for any future issues.

  Got a second quote and inspection from Tu at Septic Services. They were much more professional, thorough, and reasonable than the last two septic companies I’ve had out. Tu didn’t jump to conclusions and offered great explanations to my many questions.

  Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE GRIFTERS AND WILL TRY TO GET EVERY DOLLAR THAT THEY CAN FROM YOU. ….. Dear Art, My client Cheryl and I will never refer business to your company. I would love to speak to someone in upper management. Your company charges 2-3 times what other septic companies charge. The lack of communication and skills was absolutely ridiculous. The following email was sent to the Skagit County health and septic departments: I left a message about the septic system at ………………... I have copied the seller …………, on this email. The home is on the market, and we have a contingent offer. The seller had the septic inspected within the 10 day contingency. The company Septic Solutions charged my client over $1800 to pump and inspect. They said she needed risers and a filter. We didn't argue; she had them do the repairs. That was over $1800 to repair. Then they said an encroachment existed over the septic tank. First, it was a stepping stone, then it was a brick, and finally, it was rocks. We never received a picture, we didn't know what they were referring to. The first day it was pumped, they said they won't dig if it's over 6 inches. So the seller's son removed a layer of the dirt and whatever was in the way. Or so we thought, they charged $250 to dig. The sellers son removed whatever bricks or rocks they thought they were referring to, and rechecked the said encroachment. They said it was still there, and charged another $350 trip charge. We still didn't know what they were referring to. NO picture was sent. Then they said they didn't know where the septic tank was and needed to send someone to locate it! That was a $1000 fee. So I asked how in the world they could inspect the system, pump it and determine if there was an encroachment over the tank if they didn't know where the tank was??? My sellers son dug around the lids, located the the tank, and they removed the bricks. So we scheduled a recheck. They sent a technician out to inspect the encroachment area, and he said he's there to locate the drainfield!!!! No, we asked for the encroachment over the tank to be cleared of the deficiency. The boss, Chris was to be there, he just hadn't arrived yet. The technician is now stating that the garage was built over the drain field. This was never mentioned by any other septic company in past history. My seller bought the property in 2020.. The system was pumped and passed. Nothing noted. The structure and the septic system was passed by Skagit county. The septic system is noted to be operational. Now the encroachment over the tank is cleared. Now we are told my seller has to reroute the drain field! I have spoken to other septic professionals, and their consensus is that Septic Solutions is a scam that charges outrageous fees, keeps charging for new issues, and changes the outcome. I am convinced! I've asked my seller to get a second opinion from someone local to Skagit County. All the local companies were booked solid. So Septic Solutions was a last resort. I will never use them again. I've attached pictures, of the lids, and the septic area. I've asked the seller to block off the right side of the driveway to prevent driving over the drain field, as it appears the drain field runs along that area. Which They are not driving on. They normally park on the left of the shop. My seller needs some help. I do not trust Septic Solutions any longer. If they didn't know where the tanks were, how can they tell us that the drainfield is under the shop. They are way overpriced, and their communication is horrible. I've worked the majority of my real estate career in Skagit County, and have never run into this. I honestly don't think that they should be on the list to call. I've heard many complaints about them. I will extend the septic inspection period before ever considering them again. It's a total rip-off for homeowners. These google reviews appear to be written by fraudulent authors. This review has been totally written and submitted by me, Cheryl. Agent had no input.i didn’t need her help to write it.
