  Groundworks started with a very thorough inspection of our property and a very clear explanation, complete with photos from under our house, of our problem and how they would fix it. Payment and scheduling were very clear and simple. Tyler, Juan, Mario, and Syrell arrived on time and laid out materials to protect our floors. They also showed me pictures of their work and answered all of my questions. I particularly appreciate that for the next 5 years someone will come and make certain all is good.

  Groundworks showed again today why I'm so happy I chose them 18 months ago to fix my crawlspace. Despite it being Labor Day (with the main office closed), the tech who conducted my inspection recently, Andrew Westphal, drove all the way from Seattle (2 hours eac way) to fix a problem that arose (water seepage from an exit pipe in the crawlspace). Incredible service and sense of responsibility!!! I can't recommend Groundworks and their customer-oriented staff enough.

  They brought security and stability back to my life, literally! What a great experience all around! From Jerry initially coming out and letting us know what needed to be fixed and then working patiently with the HOA to get the whole building done at the same time. Even the team that was on site, Quaid and Jordan, were beyond amazing, respectful, hard-working, and polite. they explained the process of what they were going to be doing and what additional things might still need to be done. Even the onsite supervisor Jeremy was extremely polite. Sometimes it can be a little scary letting people you don't know into your home, especially into parts of your home that you don't even see. But I definitely trust GroundWorks and their employees with my foundation repairs for my home and all my friends and family.

  We had good communication before and after the job, the crew called before coming and was on time each day. We had John,Josh and Jake, they work hard and got through all obstacles to get the jacks in the right places. The garbage was all picked up around the house when the job was finished and they almost made it look like it was new again. I would recommend Groundworks to anyone that needed their home lifted. John

  I had an outstanding experience working with Tucker. He was exceptionally professional, arrived right on time, and kept me updated on the schedule every step of the way. Tucker took the time to ask great questions, thoroughly inspected every inch of the crawl space, and provided a detailed, clear report. Unlike other contractors, he was completely honest and focused entirely on helping us rather than upselling. I loved working with him and highly recommend his services!
