  Groundworks sent out Will Watters to do an inspection of our crawl space needs. He did a very thorough job, and went over his estimate in detail. You could tell that he was very experienced, and professional in every way. He was also very polite and listened to all of our concerns and questions about how the work would proceed and what each cost covered.

  Matthew Wyatt came out to service our system today, & he was fantastic! We have a basement system installed by Groundworks back around 2019 including an interior perimeter drain & a sump pump. At the time, the company was called Rainy Day Basement Systems, & they did a really good job. Matthew came out today to service it & was great. Very communicative, on time, friendly, & even made me aware of a 5-yr contract that will end up saving me money on this maintenance in the future! Thanks Matt!

  Just had the front sidewalk in Southwest Washington lifted back into place. Bailey and his co-worker did a fantastic job! They used equipment called a Slab Jack, as the cement was four inches thick and had been sunken for several years. They worked efficiently while keeping us informed of the process, finished and cleaned up in less than two hours. It was a pleasure working with everyone in this company from the gentleman who bid the work, the schedulers willing to work around our availability, to the final results. We highly recommend them.   Three years ago I had a crawl space rehab and drainage system installed. It has worked flawlessly. The company is responsive to my concerns and comes out for yearly inspection and maintenance on the sump pump system. Today service technician Matthew Wyatt was very professional, clear in his communications and took the time to explain in detail all of his findings - very thorough and never rushed. Highly recommended!

  Matthew Wyatt was extremely helpful. He explained everything he was going to do. Answered all our our questions. Explained in detail about the cracks in the foundation and Temperature changes. Paperwork and warranty and how the warranty can be transferred to the next owners. He crawled under the house to inspect the prior work and made adjustments. Then changed out the power cord to match the house. Matthew was very professional and knowledgeable, we look forward to working with him on our next improvements. Thank you
