  Axis Roof and Gutter,Arlington, did a great job on my new roof. I couldn’t be more pleased. My old house did not have plywood under the roof. I had to ask again because no one believed me. It is an old house. So, they put all new plywood in. Workers were hard - workers and did not waste time. They would have completed the work in two days but they had to wait for a city inspector so it took 2 and a half days. That was not a problem. It’s a great- looking roof. They cleaned everything during and after the job. I pointed out one tiny area under a window to clean up and they did it right away. Very nice people. They would have gone after my indoor cat for me when cat got out but my son caught the cat. Nailing a roof into place is really hard work even when the weather is cool but it was hot. Coordinator, sales person, safety officer and workers - all tops! Job well done! High city permit fee added about $700 to total amount. Still just over $20 K

  Amazing!!! They are competitive with cost, but customer service is outstanding. Steve my project manager kept me updated and informed through the process answering any and all questions I had. Chloe and Hailey on the administrative part were very polite and helpful handling everything else.

  We got a roof replaced for the first time in this house's life. The roofing crew showed up and did the demo work the first day. Junior and the whole crew were friendly and professional. Our sales rep Steve was knowledgeable and checked in a few times throughout the project to make sure everything was being done to company standards and our satisfaction. They did find several sheets of plywood that needed replaced but they discussed it with us and requested permission on the change order before proceeding so there were no surprises. There was a snag and they couldn't get the correct shingles so they upgraded us and made it right so as not to delay the work. They did the work in the timeframe promised and communicated with us throughout the work being done. They cleaned up with the rolling magnet at the end of each day and advised us that sometimes it doesn't get everything so to be careful for a few days. Overall a good experience for us.

  Working with Axis Roof & Gutter was a great experience. It is stressful to have your roof replaced as it is your home and a significant expense. Throughout the process Steve and Chloe were super helpful and very patient with all my questions. The installers were quick and professional. The roof looks great and I am really pleased.
