What really stands out is how they handle follow-up. No installation is ever truly “perfect,” and what matters is how a company responds when something needs attention later. In my case, they honored their workmanship guarantee without friction and made everything right. They stand behind their work, take responsibility, and don’t shift blame to the customer. That level of accountability is about as close as a service business gets to perfection. I would use them again without hesitation.

  Brand new truck...caught a rock thrown up by a passing truck. Insurance sent me to The Glass Guy. Fast service' chip repair is ALMOST undetectable...and better than I was expecting.
