- PUPrivate User99Aug 20, 20231.0Platt Electric Failed to Deliver. Accepted order online, with payment for next day air. Ran two $1 charges on credit card to check it was valid. On delivery day, had labor on the clock waiting, called Platt and was told they canceled the order for due to a fraud check. We received no notice from Platt who said should have received and email. Trust was broken, they failed to deliver, now our project is two days behind schedule and over budget. We drove 50 miles round trip to get the supplies from a competitor who had it on the shelf and got back to work (using the same credit card). Called the credit card company, they did not reject Platt's two $1 charges.
