  P&P replaced our faulty septic line. It was a huge job, and they were great- super prompt, communicative, respectful. The job was done quickly and well and they even managed to preserve the garden we thought would have to be dug up. They even came back after the job was done to double-check things when we thought an electrical line might have been affected (it wasn't). Highly recommend.

  I had fantastic experience with P&P Septic. I called requesting a sewer lateral scoping service request, they were able to come the next day. They were on time, communicated when they were going to arrive, and Mike was wonderful. He explained how the process worked, provided feedback on the status of the sewer lateral, and patiently answered my many question. The cost of the service is directly covered by a rebate from my municipality, which the folks at P&P made sure I was aware of. The customer service from P&P in getting the video was so quick and easy - highly recommend for this service, thank you!

  Over the weekend, we had an emergency septic issue where our basement was flooding. After reaching out to a few places with no luck, we called P&P and within a few hours, they came to our house. Not only that, when another issue popped up again later that night, they came out to our house at 11:30 at night. We really appreciate the help and assistance during that stressful time!
