  Zach and Tito successfully completed our window installation this week. They worked diligently despite the heavy rain and maintained a professional, positive attitude throughout the process. Tito was exceptionally respectful when entering our home, ensuring the workspace remained clean, including the removal of all wood debris from the driveway. Collaborating with Zach's team is an excellent experience, as every member—from office personnel to the installers—maintains consistent and effective communication with the client throughout the entire project. We were very impressed with their expertise and courtesy. We have additional windows that require installation, and we will certainly request Tito and Zach for that project as well.

  I cannot say enough good things about Devin and his team at Window World. They recently completed a full installation of new windows and siding on my home, and the results are absolutely phenomenal. From start to finish, the entire crew went well beyond my expectations. Devin ran a highly professional, efficient, and meticulous operation. The team arrived on time, worked incredibly hard, and kept the job site clean and organized throughout the entire process. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail are top-notch—everything looks perfectly seamless, updated, and beautiful. If you are looking for a team that delivers outstanding quality, clear communication, and exceptional workmanship, I highly recommend asking for Devin and his crew. They completely transformed my home, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ BUYER BEWARE! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! I honestly cannot think of a single positive thing to say about this company. Our experience was a complete nightmare from start to finish, and I would strongly encourage anyone considering using them to think twice. Let’s start with what went wrong. A window that was supposed to be frosted arrived without frosting, while a window that was NOT supposed to be frosted was. The storm door has gaps at both the top and bottom, defeating the purpose of having a storm door to help keep the cold air out. We also paid for a new window to be installed but what we received wasn’t even close to what we wanted, thought we were getting or paid for. One window arrived broken, and it took TWO MONTHS to receive replacement panes. The screens were forgotten and had to be delivered at a later date. When they finally arrived, no one was home who knew what was going on, leaving the new homeowners to deal with yet another unnecessary headache. We were told this job would take ONE WEEK. Instead, it dragged on for TWO MONTHS! Every step of the way brought another problem, another delay, or another excuse. Everything seemed to be on backorder, yet we had paid the FULL AMOUNT for everything in early February. Each visit also required someone to take time off work, adding even more inconvenience to an already unacceptable experience. And don’t expect much when it comes to communication. You can call and leave messages, but that doesn’t do you much good when no one bothers to call you back. Getting answers and trying to resolve problems became an exhausting exercise in frustration. HERE IS MY BIGGEST WARNING: DO NOT PAY THE FULL AMOUNT UPFRONT! In our experience, once this company had our money, getting the job completed properly and getting anyone to respond became an ongoing struggle. It felt as though we had fallen to the bottom of the priority list once they were paid. When you spend your hard-earned money on home improvements, you expect to receive what you ordered, quality workmanship, reasonable timelines, and basic courtesy and communication. We received none of the experience we expected. Wrong windows. A broken window. Missing screens. A storm door with gaps. Two months of delays for a job promised to take one week. Endless excuses and unanswered calls. This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, and based on what we went through, I would not use this company again or recommend them to anyone. Do yourself a favor and learn from our experience before handing over your money.

  Wonderful experience! My daughter has a duplex that needed 17 windows replaced very badly. Got a quote from Zach at Window World for 11k less than another local company. Totally blown away with all aspects of the process, from an immediate quote to finishing. The BLUE TEAM did a fantastic job installing the windows and clean up. The windows are high quality and efficient. From caulking to trim work everything was done well. So impressed that we are doing the other side of the duplex with another 17 windows!

  We just had our front windows replaced by WW of the Green Mountains. The team assigned to my project, Josh and Anton were awesome. So professional, courteous, and organized. The install and the clean-up, amazing, not a spec left for me to do. Couldn't have asked for a better group to do my work, and trust me, I'm picky!!! I'll be asking for this team next year when I do the back side of my house. Consider me the 'more than happy customer'.
