    I could not be happier with my generator and customer service with this company!! They are so responsive! I’ve called in the middle of the night during the winter when my power went out and they offered me services right then and there as well as options to have my generator serviced in the morning. He even told me how to trouble shoot the generator as well!! I have put on so many other neighbors and friends onto Brook field service and they all could not be happier!! Thank you so much!!!

    Thank goodness I was home when I needed my generator to run because the Brook Field Service Tech never reconnected my generator to my home. That was only the beginning. When I questioned the bill for the poor service they told me the service manager would call me. He never called me and after 4 more calls trying to resolve the bill they told me I needed to pay up front. I suggest you look elsewhere.
