I contracted HP Roofing to install two skylights in the ceiling of my condo to provide more light and ventilation. The whole process was smooth and seamless. I worked with Jeff Aker to arrange to project. Gordie Brown was the site manager. Both were very professional and they performed the work in a timely manner as promised. The work was excellent. They kept the place clean. I was very happy with their work!

HP roofing does not stand behind their work. It’s evident from the total lack of duty they feel towards their “warranty”. We paid them to install a metal roof on a condo that I own a unit in . We thought we wouldn’t have to worry about roofing issues for a long time. It’s now falling off in large sections and exposing our homes to the volatile VT weather. Normally, I wouldn’t write a bad review, but we have contacted HP and have heard virtually nothing from them but lame excuses and lip service. Once they get your money, you aren’t important to them. At this point I have to recommend others stay as far away from HP as possible. I don’t want to go to the Vermont AG, BBB or other avenue, but we’ve been left little choice because of HP’s failings.

Jeff and his crew were fantastic! They helped us fix some issues with our existing roof and we're fast and responsive. The pricing/time estimates were transparent and fair. I would definitely hire them again!

Scheduled day to begin, we removed all wall art and breakable and went to work. No show. No call. So we wait. And wait. Two weeks later I put everything back up on the walls and shelves. Call. No reply. Call again. Reply is flu went through the crew...so you can not call your customers?! Really. Finally show without calling to say they were coming. Come home from work and the breakage is crushing. Say they leave a clean work site. Four 5 gallon buckets of nails and staples we raked off the lawn. Dissappeared before the job was done. Sent nasty bills that payment was due. Took a year to get them to come back and finish the dormers. Now the shingles they installed have failed and a new roof is needed.
