  I cannot speak to the actual services provided by this business. They need to consider better training for their drivers. Today I was biking with my toddler on the back of my bike and one of their drivers almost forced me off the road. It was a residential street in the Old North End, and they nearly side swiped me to beat me to the red light that was maybe 20 feet ahead. Ridiculous.

  Been using these guys for a year and excellent service. As a busy single mom, in the past years I would forget to take my bins out and my then service providers would just drive by. Well in this last year this is unfortunately the 3rd time I forgot the bins and my now service providers, never drive by! The drivers stop, get out, walk to the back and get my bins. I am SO thankful & forgetful. But thank you for wonderful service and for not letting me skip a week! I also love how they take trash and recycling every week, not recycling just biweekly!

  I don’t know if it’s normal but I never have seen employees returning bottles an cans at work. I get the idea of wanting to make a few dollars but this seems a little excessive I had to wait over 20 minutes while the 2 gents had the seemingly endless bins of recycling come out of the work truck.
