I had a clogged bathroom sink drain in which the clog appeared to be over 25 feet away from the sink location, so water would drain somewhat before backing up. I called BP and the scheduler was friendly and helpful and offered me an appointment right away even though it was not an emergency. Collin Villanueve arrived and what a great technician! He was knowledgeable, polite, kind, and very patient while trying to locate my clog. The service was 5-star. The price was reasonable too. Highly recommend.
