He was on time for the arrival window provided which was great too. Overall wouldn’t hesitate to recommend after our great experience with Emanuel.
- PTPaul TraversAug 13, 20265.0Timely response and professional service! We had an alarm go off with our pump that gets waste water to the public street sewer, so of course we were concerned. The office staff provided assurances that we had about 24 hours before any potential back up into the house (if the tank was full and the pumping wasn't working). The on-site staff arrived on time the next morning and diagnosed a failed float (which triggers the pump when the tank water level rises). They replaced the float in a few hours after getting the right part and we were back to normal in less than 24 hours.

BP Wastewater was very easy to work with from 3 time zones away. They kept us informed of their progress every step of the way, from scheduling to conclusion. Given the smoothness of the process, I think we've found what will be our go to company with our future relocation. Highly recommended.
