  Great company! Consult for our home was scheduled easily and the gentleman who came out was very knowledgeable and explained things well. Our job was scheduled, now has been completed. The team that came out for our foundation supports was quick and professional. They got the job quickly and cleaned up everything like they were never there. A walk through of the completed job was also performed and a brief explanation of the work that was done. Overall, super happy we went with Northern Basement. They are also budget friendly and offer financing options, which in this economy right now, was a big help.

  I have been extremely satisfied with Northern Basement Systems' installation and service support for the last two years. Today I want to especially thank the professionalism of Blain Culver and Dylan Mason. They identified an issue during my service call and resolved it in minutes. They were also very friendly (despite their very long day) and went out of their way to answer all my questions, and then further tested all Triple Safe pumps and sensors to instill the confidence that the systems work perfectly. I am giving my highest recommendation to anyone considering Northern Basement's services due to their incredible service with technicians like Blaine Culver and Dylan Mason. Well done. Thank you.   I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Matt Clark’s All Things Basementy. Anthony came out to my house amidst a small crisis in my basement. He was knowledgeable, communicative and stands behind their product 100%. Initially, I purchased a sump pump. Later, I had the exterior drainage system installed and last, given a little bit of water that was seeping through the floor, I opted for one last line to be installed in the floor. The staff were neat and tidy. They laid down protective floor material and put my house back together by the end of the day! It was impressive! I would recommend this company without reservation to anywho who is experiencing any amount of water in their basement.

  NBS installed our perimeter basement system 11 years ago and they service it annually. We are so happy we decided to do it. Our basement was a nightmare. Every time it rained or the snow melted we'd be down there with a shop vac trying to keep the water from spreading. Their techs are knowledgeable and professional when they come out to service it. Their office team is friendly and quick to schedule our maintenance. It has done exactly what we hoped it would and allowed us to be able to finish part of our basement. We highly recommend this company.
