  We recently had  Worley’s Home Services relocate one of our heat pump condensers, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Alex and Jordan were professional, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing. As a contractor in the building science industry myself, I pay close attention to workmanship, system layout, and attention to detail. Their work was clean, well thought out, and completed with care. The condenser relocation was handled efficiently, the line set routing and final placement looked great, and the overall install reflected pride in their craft. What stood out most was their attitude on site — easy to work with, communicative, and focused on doing the job the right way instead of just the fast way. That matters. I would confidently recommend  Worley’s Home Services to homeowners or contractors looking for quality HVAC work and professional service.

  Management consistently avoids accountability, and the company’s integrity is lacking. I’ve been with Worley’s for nearly five years and receive two inspections per year, yet their technicians still failed to notice that the main intake duct wasn’t fully attached to the furnace. That oversight allowed the blower fan to become filled with mold before I identified the real issue. Even then, the recommendation was a generic “seal the ducts” rather than acknowledging the specific failure that caused the buildup. Which should have been identified from their first maintenance inspection. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that others avoid doing business with this company. Thank you for the reply, but it does not reflect the documented service history. Your own technician photos from 2024 clearly show the main supply duct was not sealed, which predates the general, non‑specific “duct sealing” suggestion made in November 2025. At no point did any technician identify or document a detached main duct, despite multiple maintenance visits that include duct inspection. It’s also important to note that during the most recent visit in April 2026, the technician did not remind, recommend, or mention duct sealing at all — even though the duct was still visibly unsealed in your own prior photos. On 1 May 2026, I personally discovered the main supply duct disconnected from the air handler, allowing attic air and debris into the system and causing mold inside the unit and ductwork. Your technician later confirmed that I had reattached and cleaned it myself. Given the number of inspections performed under the maintenance plan, this issue should have been caught long before it caused contamination. My request was simply for Worley’s to take responsibility for the cleaning required due to a missed critical defect. I stand by my review and the documented timeline.

  Purchased 2 separate maintenance plan for my personal home and rental property at a cost of $210 each. Now this plan sounded amazing and exactly what I needed??? NOT! BEWARE! I had them go to my rental to replace the handler PLASTIC pan which is approx. $30 to $90 They quoted me $675 after my 10% discount. Which bring to average hourly rate to approx. $275 and hour. I was told they needed to techs to replace the plastic pan, which was fine with me, until I got the hourly rate. I feel bad for people who have no idea or limited funds that they are being charged these ridiculous hourly rate. Wait there is more......when I spoke to the service manager he kept telling me it was a standard pricing that they use for all customers. Just remember they chg. $275 per hour.......but as the service manager said your job is under warranty (for their own work) which is put into that RIDICULOUS rate. Needless to say I demanded a refund for both of the service plans I purchased. They might be nice and do an amazing job but they will charge you for it. Good luck
