  My Company had a leak in our metal roof. I called Dawson to see what options I had. He came out and evaluated the situation and sent a technician to repair the roof. It was definitely a difficult situation and not clear exactly where the leak was coming from. After an additional rain we thought there may me another location where the leak was coming from. The technician addressed that area and we are now leak free. Chase was timely and professional and solved our issues. Although I am related to Dawson, I hold him the the same standards I expect from anyone else.

  Short version, we recently did a full roof replacement with Chase Roofing and had a very positive experience. Would be glad to recommend them. Long version. Last fall we decided it was time to replace our 25-year roof. Because we made the decision in the fall we had plenty of time to research roof replacements and finally started getting quotes in January/February for a spring replacement. I’ll be honest and say Chase wasn’t the cheapest quote, but it also wasn’t the most expensive. What we felt we were getting was value in a combination of materials and a warranty that would support the new roof for decades. Dawson Murray came out to provide the quote and was the project manager throughout the process. Dawson was fantastic in terms of patience, explaining the process, laying out different options with pros/cons, and answering questions. Never felt like we were being pushed in one direction over another. After understanding needs, he sent us two quotes I’ll call highest grade (uHDZ Shingles)/gold warranty and top grade (HDZ)/silver warranty. Even after the quotes were received, he was still available for questions and explanations. We tweaked the quotes with him a few times and arrived at a HDZ shingle (due to color match for the house) and gold warranty package we felt comfortable with and included a roof replacement on the shed. Word of advice, get some addresses (which Chase provided) and look at your desired shingles actually installed. Booklets and color swatches can be very different then seeing it on a whole roof. Due to early quotes, we were able to schedule the replacement in March, but we requested a weather delay until the beginning of April with no problems. The two-day replacement of a 4000 sq/ft roof went off without a hitch. The work team arrived on time, was always very courteous and did an excellent job. Anyone thinking that a roof replacement isn’t a messy, job, well you would be wrong. But again, we felt the crew did an excellent job protecting shrubbery, property, and on cleanup. Roof replacement is a big job and it’s to your advantage to understand the process. After the job we did a punch list, the job lead and a technical returned and VERY quickly explained or corrected the items we had questions about. We were happy not only with the replacement, but the follow-up as well. NOTE: I'm using a non-name identifying account because of identity theft from years ago, NOT related to Chase Roofing.
