Very professional! Up front about everything we needed and really went out of his way to get our system up and running. We added a mother in-law suite to our home. The electrician we used who will remain anonymous for now ordered and installed everything that was needed. So once every thing was installed and problems with our mini splits which was brand new sprung up... Well the guy was a magician also because we haven't found him yet after he disappeared. I get in touch with Mike through a extended warranty claim and if course the warranty place they just wanted to settle and end the warranty. They knew how bad the install was. So I called Mike backup and we scheduled the repair. How he went out of his way... It was a new system it should run right.. wrong every connection needed fixed. Mike stepped up to the plate and hit a home run! The other guy was long gone!! Mike put his name on our system the moment he touched it and with confidence in his work performance I promise he can fix your issues. Mike is a veteran he stood up for our country call him there is no other in my opinion. The other guy that disappeared.. he was member of our church,, I never would have thought that we would get taken like we did. So people do your research don't think you know someone because you don't! Polar Heating and Air Solutions did not pay me one cent or discount my invoice none for saying anything above. Please people if someone does you wrong express it. If someone does you right express it with a good review and help someone else experience a business worth dealing with.

The Techs were punctual, pleasant and knowledgeable. I couldn't ask for better folks to deal with. Great experience. They taught me a lot about our system and how to help them maintain it. Thanks again !
