  I love this neighborhood really brings something to the middle of woodbridge that’s needed. I promise in the next 2-4 years I will be here 🤞🏾.

  These homes will be beautiful at the expense of the lush woodland expanse thats been here for decades. A tragedy to drive through woodbridge now a days and having to see picketed signs of upcoming construction. The success that wegmans brought to the community was a pivotal focal point to allow additional town centers to be added to the area im sure. This is no longer the quaint area it once was.

  We went over to see the Stanley Martin homes in the Quartz District and were very impressed. The homes are beautiful and the community is a wonderful addition to the area.

  What an amazing experience we had with Brent Piper. I was there with my clients and he just made it so much easier for them to decide which way to go she was professional. He knew exactly what to say. He listened to their needs and made him truly comfortable I can’t thank you enough for making my job much easier.
