  Overall, the homes in Quartz District are beautiful and the community has a lot of potential. However, my experience with the sales process left me extremely disappointed. Buyers should be very careful when dealing with the sales team. I felt pressured throughout the process, and my experience with Mr. Hunter was particularly frustrating. Before I signed, he avoided answering several of my questions directly. Once the paperwork was signed, communication essentially stopped and my concerns were ignored. I was relocating from out of town on a very short military PCS timeline, and I feel that urgency was used against me. Before purchasing, I clearly explained the features that were important to me and specifically asked whether any future homes would address those concerns. I was told there would not be—that all upcoming homes would be the same. Shortly after closing, I discovered that this was not true. Homes became available that directly addressed the concerns I had raised before making my purchase. Learning that better options existed after being told they did not was incredibly disappointing and made me feel misled. Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions most people will ever make. What should have been an exciting milestone was overshadowed by the feeling that I was not given honest information during the sales process. The homes themselves deserve praise, but my experience with the sales team—and specifically Mr. Hunter—does not. Update: You state that you are “committed to addressing the concerns” I raised, but I would genuinely like to know how those concerns are being addressed. One of my primary concerns was not being given the opportunity to purchase a home/lot with adequate parking. I was repeatedly told that no other options were available, only to learn shortly after closing that homes with the configuration and parking I was looking for were becoming available. I have raised this issue directly and still have not been presented with a meaningful solution. Now there is also the ongoing mail situation. Our community mailboxes are still not operational, and I am currently having to go to the Post Office multiple times a week and wait in line for over an hour just to retrieve my mail. Even then, there have been issues with mail not being located or being returned to the sender. According to the Postmaster, USPS has repeatedly attempted to contact the appropriate parties regarding the mailbox situation and has not been receiving responses. If that is the case, I would like to understand why this has not been resolved and what Stanley Martin is doing to correct it. These aren’t minor inconveniences. I purchased a new home with the reasonable expectation that I would have adequate access to parking and be able to receive my mail without spending hours every week at the Post Office. So when Stanley Martin says it is “committed to addressing” my concerns, I would appreciate knowing specifically what actions are being taken, who is responsible for addressing them, and when residents can expect actual solutions.

  I love this neighborhood really brings something to the middle of woodbridge that’s needed. I promise in the next 2-4 years I will be here 🤞🏾.

  These homes will be beautiful at the expense of the lush woodland expanse thats been here for decades. A tragedy to drive through woodbridge now a days and having to see picketed signs of upcoming construction. The success that wegmans brought to the community was a pivotal focal point to allow additional town centers to be added to the area im sure. This is no longer the quaint area it once was.
