  We had our Carrier Central AC System replaced with a new Carrier System. Our first contact for a quote was completed with a thorough evaluation of our needs. The quote we received was fully competitive. The installation was promptly scheduled. The weather on the day of our installation was very unpleasant, and the installation team took it all in stride. The installation was flawless. The team went above and beyond in making sure that we were fully informed on all aspect of our new system. Leonard Splaine Company has earned the highest recommendation that I could offer.

  Leonard Splaine installed a new HVAC system at my home in March 2026. My old system was very old and wasn't cooling during those 80 degree days that hit us in March. Rudy came out and diagnosed the problem. A coil was leaking. He walked through all options, and we determined a new system was the best course based on the age of my system. Rudy is my go-to tech who always shows up on time. He is very knowledgeable and professional. The highest compliment I can give is that I trust Rudy. Brad then came out and meticulously mapped out my new system, provided options and pricing. The pricing was reasonable and I got a discount for replacing my end-of-life hot water heater at the same time. A few days later, Jose, Dom and Francisco came out and installed my beautiful new HVAC (and hot water heater). They were amazing! They were quick, thorough, and efficient. They kept me informed throughout the installation and everything was cleaned before they left. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Leonard Splaine for all your HVAC needs!

  Second complete heating and cooling system!! I've bought two complete units from Leonard Splaine, one attic and one basement unit. Every single person I've dealt with has been friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I'm a bit OCD, so if I'm impressed, you will be too!

  I’ve had the pleasure of working (so far) with Mike, Ricky, Jose, Francisco, and Josh. Everyone has been professional, friendly, punctual, and considerate of our home and our family. Whether it is accurately diagnosing issues or giving me honest opinions about courses of action and what is worth putting our money into, this team has been fantastic and a wealth of knowledge. We will continue using them as our go-to for any HVAC needs!

  4/29 - system check - The technician, Bryan, was great! He examined and analyzed our HVAC System and explained the repairs that would soon be needed. Bryan suggested the costs to repair our system based on condition and age might warrant consideration of a new system, and we scheduled an estimate. Overall communication was excellent before, during and afterward, and Bryan was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. 5/8 - new install - The installers, John and Josh, were both skilled, efficient and amazingly fast! They removed & installed our entire HVAC system + water heater in one day which is pretty amazing! They, too, were professional, friendly and great at showing how the features work, including a new wireless thermostat. There was a minor factory defect in an internal AC monitor/control unit which will be fixed/added soon, but this is an internal monitor and meantime the system is fully operational, and I was pleased that they checked everything out so carefully and found the problem before leaving today. The house is already cooler due to the new blower fan and unit. Recommend! Obviously we were/are very pleased and again rate 5-stars.
