He showed up on time as scheduled, answered all my questions and provided advice. Bonus: he didn't try to upsell me to solution I didn't need. 24 hours later Kenny and another technician showed up, removed old unit, installed new unit quickly and cleaned up so well I didn't even know they were here. They did an outstanding job and I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service. Thank you!! Five out of Five stars
