  Zack and Xavier came out to help fix a leak coming from my shower. They showed up on time and were very professional in their work. They listened to my issues and observations and then explained their troubleshooting process and how they determined what was leaking and demonstrated it. The fix they completed quickly and left me with great confidence that they sourced the leak right and provided the correct fix and verified it worked. Overall great service and workmanship, and will recommend the in the future.

  Peyton H is the technician who performed the hot water tank draining maintenance and offered to inspect the plumbing in the home. He observed the need to replace two bathrooms water shut off valves for sink and toilet - all over 10 years old. I requested replacement of a bathroom faucet and tub spout with diverter. I have 3 bathrooms - 1 and the kitchen have updated plumbing. I approved the work. Peyton arrives on time and sets to work at a steady pace as quietly as possible and is clean. Upon completion, Peyton reviewed his work with me and advised how long the silicon caulk needed to cure. Peyton is a knowledgeable and courteous professional - definite recommend.

  We had a leak under our sink caused by sub contractors from Servpro. We were pretty upset that they weren’t doing anything to stop the leak. We ended up calling DBs plumbing and they sent Kenny out right away. He was great, very informative and knowledgeable. He replaced three valves under our kitchen sink and we even had him replace two more under our bathroom sink. No more leak! We highly recommend this company and Kenny for any plumbing needs.

  After my hot water heater malfunctioned while I was away at work, I got in touch with DB’s Plumbing and Drain (recommended by a neighbor). They came immediately to evaluate the problem and to start the plans to replace the faulty water heater. Peyton was my professional technician who installed my new water heater, and I couldn’t be happier. Peyton was so very pleasant while being thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient. He checked and double- checked everything, and then explained it all to me. I feel safe now knowing that it was installed with care and professionalism. I would highly recommend DB’s to anyone with plumbing or drainage problems. They are a great company with great employees!

  We had an outstanding experience with DB’s Plumbing. Peyton was exceptional from start to finish. He replaced our water heater, pressure-reducing valve, and sump pump with outstanding workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail. The previous owner of our home had completed a number of DIY plumbing projects, many of which were done incorrectly. The previous plumbing company we had - Service Specialists - did a very bad job installing the sump pump which failed 5 years later. Peyton quickly identified every issue, clearly explained what needed to be corrected, and took the time to answer ALL of our questions. His knowledge and diagnostic skills were truly impressive. Despite his young age, Peyton demonstrated the confidence, expertise, and professionalism of a plumber with many years of experience. It was obvious that he takes great pride in his work and is committed to doing the job right rather than taking shortcuts. We have been using DB’s Plumbing for few years now, and every project they have completed for us has been done to the highest standard. Their work has always been reliable, and we’ve never had problems after a repair or installation.
