  Window World did an excellent job replacing our old wooden windows. So nice to have something modern and easy to open and close. The crew installed 19 windows in our house in one day. The foreman was very attentive and answered my questions promptly. They were on time, worked hard, and did their job efficiently. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to get new windows.

  Fantastic experience with Window World from start to finish! Angel, the project manager, was professional, responsive, and kept everything running smoothly throughout the entire process. Camron, our sales guy, was knowledgeable, friendly, and made everything easy with no pressure at all. The windows look amazing and the installation team did a great job. Highly recommend Window World if you’re looking for quality products and excellent customer service!

  Pablo and Kevin did an amazing job and were very efficient. They installed a new sliding glass door and cleaned everything up in 2 hours. They were very professional and did excellent work! I recommend window world and also Kevin and Pablo.

  I gave 1 star because I wasn't given the option to choose none! This is absolutely the worst company for replacement windows and customer service. We had a total of 11 windows replaced and there was an issue with each one. There were 9 windows that had issues on the inside. The issue was at the top of the windows. Some of the vinyl part that goes across the top was flush (which is the way it should be), and other parts had a gap. Ther were 9 windows that had issues on the outside. The issues on the outside was with the aluminum at the top. One corner would be flush and the other would have a gap. We had multiple issues with the caulking with inside and outside. The caulking was not uniform, some windows had gulps of caulk while others had just a sliver. When I questioned these issues I was told by management that these things happen. Maybe the house is not square. Remember these are replacements. Nothing is perfect. I understand that nothing is perfect but when you are paying for a product and service it should be close to perfect. The vision of Window World is if it is not perfect, caulk can fix it. Not the proper solution.

  Very disappointed in that the information that was conveyed during the sales presentation was not what I received during my installation. I had specifically asked for windows that were tinted so that I could see out, and people could not see in at all times of the day. (Was explained the mirror effect when it is dark out.) The upcharge was listed on my proposal, so I believed I was getting what I requested. What I received were windows that people could see in unless it is a sunny day. The only time the tinting works is when the sun is shining directly on them. Not at all what I requested or discussed. RESPONSE: After reading your response, to learn that Window World does not offer the type of tinted windows I requested at the sales appointment suggests fraudulent misrepresentation. I would very much appreciate the opportunity to discuss additional options or recommendations since the sales rep has not responded to my text and in speaking with the office staff they really were not able to help.
