Your techs were highly professional in their approach to the job. They were communicative, explaining in easy to understand terms the process, what they were doing and the timing involved. There was great consideration and appreciation for our property which was shown in their care and clean up. The communication was on point in letting me know starting time and when they were done for the day; also providing me with information along the way as to what comes next. Great job!

I had an hairline crack on the interior and exterior concrete foundation walls of my basement. Abraham and Jade repaired the crack with a professional grade epoxy sealant, applied a liner, and installed a a drain tile and helmet to tie into the corrugated piping and sump pump along the interior walls of the basement floor. They were also pleasant to deal with and professionally communicated and answered all my questions concerning the installation. I will highly recommend JES for future projects.

In our case the ground under the house had settled and been eroded by water leaks. (A short summary of a long story.) The job turned out more complicated than expected, the footings were stepped, meaning to get to some of them required digging 10+ foot holes instead of 3 or 4. And finding soil to support the house meant driving the pier down close to 60 feet, much farther than usual. I must admit to some qualms at times during the 3 days but the crew were expert, got the job done,very professionally and to my complete satisfaction. I recommend their work. Bill Harshaw
