  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We can’t say enough wonderful things about Andrew Farrell and Farrell’s Comfort Services! With temperatures soaring, our AC suddenly needed repairs, and even though Andrew had an incredibly busy schedule, he graciously squeezed us in. We are so thankful for his kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern for his customers. He quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired the parts in our air handler, and had our system running perfectly again. His knowledge, honesty, and quality workmanship gave us complete confidence that the job was done right. It’s rare to find a business that truly goes above and beyond, but that’s exactly what Farrell’s Comfort Services did for us. If you’re looking for dependable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy HVAC or plumbing service, look no further.   Came home from work on the hottest day of the summer and air wasn’t working. Called Farrell’s and talked to the owner Andrew at 4:18 pm and he said he had a job and he’d be there after the job he was going to. He called at 6:09 and said he’d be there in 15 minutes. He got here, got it fixed, and was on his way at around 6:45. He was very kind and straightforward and knew exactly what the problem was. He probably could’ve said no like all the rest of the companies did, but he didn’t. He is now my #1 for anything I need for the house that he could provide. Definitely would recommend! Thank you Andrew so much! Very much appreciated!

  Andrew is a fantastic and honest person. We have used his company's services for awhile now and even purchased a new system with him and have him for our yearly maintenance. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. He has gone out of his way several times to accommodate us when we needed service and shows wonderful professionalism and is fair and reasonable on his pricing. Consider giving Andrew a call if you need HVAC service here in Winchester.

  Once again Drew and his crew delivered!!! Late last night my water heater was leaking, called Andrew talked me thru what steps to take to prevent a catastrophic leak. Drew showed up first thing in the morning, talked about my options and his crew Garret and Owen arrived just after lunch. They did a super clean install of a new tankless system. Farrell's Comfort Servicee never disappoints!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

  I can’t say enough good things about this company and their values. Like many people, my AC went out last week during the heat wave, on a Thursday night. I was surprised that Farrell’s was able to send someone immediately the next day, and when it was determined that my whole system needed to be replaced, they scheduled it quickly. Elizabeth in the office was wonderful, and helped coordinate some temporary window units for me which were a life-saver for me and my pet in 96-degree weather. I appreciate that I was always dealing with a real person who cared instead of some AI chatbot. Byron came out on a Friday and was friendly, efficient, and stayed in communication with me as he was working several other jobs. He was the one to drop off the window units at 7:30 PM on a Friday night. Who else shows that kind of customer service in this day and age? Today Garrett and Owen came promptly at 8 AM, called me ahead of time to make sure I was ready, and quickly got to work on a big job, despite the pouring rain. They took the time to explain my new thermostat AND stuck around long enough to make sure everything was working (I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had contractors leave and they either missed something or a part wasn’t working, creating yet another appointment). They immediately gave me the impression that they were thorough and competent. And, after working at my place for around 8 hours, they went on to ANOTHER job. Wow!!! It is so refreshing to deal with a company like this and I will make sure to recommend them to everyone I know. Farrell’s cares about their customers, and it shows.
