  Service provided was excellent. Jacob found the leak quickly and had it repaired in short order. He also answered all my questions about what caused the leak and what to expect in the future with other pipes. This was the first time I used Benjamin Franklin but I will certainly use them again and would highly recommend them for others.

  Benjamin Franklin came by recommendation, and Jacob came out to assist us. He was very attentive, listened to our needs, and was super honest and straightforward throughout the process. I only paid a service charge which is rear . Jacob really made our day. Thank you so much… We will definitely use Benjamin Franklin again.

  I recently had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing install a water softener at my home, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The technician who did the install was fantastic — friendly, easygoing, and we ended up chatting about fishing and PC building while he worked. He tackled a tricky install spot without any issues, got everything done in a timely manner, and took the time to explain the real benefits of having a water softener — softer hair, skin, and longer-lasting appliances — which I honestly hadn't thought much about before. He tested the water both before and after the install to confirm everything was working properly, and cleaned up completely once the job was done. The price was fair for the quality of work. It's now been about two months since the install, and everything is still running smoothly — no issues at all. Highly recommend this team if you need a water softener installed right.

  We were extremely pleased to discover this locally-based company when we experienced a sudden plumbing leak late Sunday afternoon. Plumber Jacob Pierce arrived within a very short time: he determined the cause and promptly returned the next day to fix it. It was an involved job on a 100-year-old house with galvanized and cast iron pipes. Jacob kept at it, working quickly to puzzle together new (and rather convoluted) pipes to solve the leak problem. He was experienced, persistent, knowledgeable, patient (with my many questions throughout the fix), friendly, and professional. We couldn't have asked for more from an emergency plumber. We've found our new plumber! And, we're thrilled that this company is local. Based on this initial experience, we'll be repeat customers (whenever necessary). Thank you so much for serving us so well in our hour of plumbing need.
