  Contact with the owner and the plumber was customer oriented and pleasant. Pierce, the plumber and sales representative, was professional, friendly and polite. He arrived when he told us he would and he was extremely conscientious about the work and keeping the house and outside clean. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing will always be our number one choice in the future.

  Jacob was very polite, explained what needed to be done with shower fauces and was very knowledgeable about plumbing. Gave us options, and reasonable prices. He was helpful explaining everything. Highly recommend this company.

  Plumber came out to check failed hot water heater. $80 later, I was told it was the element. Instead of ordering a part, etc., the “plumber” said he wasn’t going to touch it. AND failed to shut it off leaving my basement to flood.

  Everything was amazing! From the first phone call to onsite everyone was amazing! They were able to get me in same day and were extremely communicative about their arrival timeline. I would definitely recommend them again!

  Hot water heater springs a major leak. I had to shut off water to whole house (valves bad). Leaving on planned trip the next day. Called Ben Franklin out of the blue. Jacob Pierce arrives an hour later. Courteous and knowledgeable. Promptly replaced heater and bad valves. Very professional looking installation. Would call him for any plumbing issues.
