  We had a substantial leak in our hot water heater and it was just over flowing and starting to flood our basement. Thank goodness we were home and we were able to shut our water completely off to stop the flooding. I called and Premium sent someone the same day to help assess the issue and come up with a plan of action to replace our old water heater and put in a new water heater the next day. After a few hours we had running water, a new water heater, new pipes, a new drain valve with pvc pipe to our sump pump (which would have saved us a ton of shop vac trips to dump tons of water and towels, bath mats, rugs, and hours of soaking up water in our basement) and even new shut off valves so we wouldn’t have to lose water to our whole house if something like that happened again. Premium took our old water heater to save us a trip to the dump too. Was an expensive ordeal but I believe it was worth it to have every thing fixed and done within 24 hours. Really appreciate Premiums communication, they contacted us when the tech was on the way and what time they would be there, and how much everything would be so there were absolutely no surprises. I would absolutely recommend them and use their services again, although I really hope I don’t have to see them any time soon!

  Great service! Showed up on time. Gave great recommendations. Didn’t feel like I was being ripped off. Didn’t mine my dog harassing him while working. I definitely recommend using these guys.

  I’ve used this company to help with various plumbing related issues, and they’ve always been very patient and informative when explaining the causes and solutions. Their prices are very reasonable and they always seem to go above and beyond the original call request. They take their time, they’re professional and polite. 10/10 - I recommend them to everyone.
