Communication line stayed open as far as the ordering process the receiving the product process when his team would be here to start the job and it was clearly laid out how long It would take to do the job, My husband and I cannot express how happy we are about the job that they did and how professional the work crew was. He followed up with us to make make sure everything is complete and it was done to our satisfaction. I would without a doubt recommend this company 1000%
